After a 13 hour shift went to get some subway ordered online as I often do lady assured me the subs where loaded both my beast sub and with my ranch for chicken sub but I still asked for extra she filled half a cup annoyed and making faces at me the whole time. I then went to eat it later that night found the chicken sandwich dry and found a HAIR IN MY BEAST SUB THAT I HAD TO PULL OUT OF MY MOUTH. And the ranch on my one sub in the picture was all the ranch I was given.

Let me share with that they DO NOT accept their own coupons as told after I order my sandwich. (There is no sign that states this.) The server did not listen to my order, for example I asked for bell peppers and he grabs the salt shaker (which I did not ask for). I had to immediately stop him from dumping salt on my food.

I ended up having to toast my sandwich because after I told him not to toast the bread, he put cold steak meat on my bread. Then he asked did I want it toasted, ugh. I’ve always been asked if I wanted the meat warmed before placing it on the bread. I had to tell him 3 times the bread alone, multi grain, which he hept saying white??? There was no language barrier to be fair, he just rather listen to the video on his phone.

Anyways, just not worth the hassle, and will not return.

The Nepalese lady who works there is very kind and has great customer service. She’s fast and accurate. One of the best Subways in Baltimore imo. And I have been to many!
Food is Fresh (relatively); Service has always been quick and pleasant; Location is always Clean.

Honestly, probably my favorite spot for breakfast within walking distance. They’re open early, and it smells awesome in the morning because they’re baking cookies and bread for the day. I prefer their steak, egg and cheese sandwich over any other chain, primarily because the egg tastes fresher (whether or not it is I can’t say, but I’m sold on taste). Pictured are warm chocolate chip cookies from here, right out of the oven.

Oh, and the staff is always nice and polite! Especially the kind woman who is usually working when I come in, as she was today. Sadly, I normally come in the morning, before my brain really kicks into gear (hence why I walk instead of drive), so I’m embarassed to admit I never remember to catch her name.

This particular Subway is also pretty clean, bathrooms and dining area. I haven’t been in many dirty ones, to be fair, but this location’s cleanliness does stand out.

“Orderd thru Doordash” The quality of food has gone down the tubes! Meatball Marinara missing ingredients and sloppily put together. Wrong chips & cookies! I was supposed to get a call if something was out of stock but received no courtesy call as requested. Oven-Roasted Turkey & Ham sub missing ingredients. Food prices have risen and now you get terrible food quality & customer service. This isn’t just Subway, it’s happening in most establishments nowadays.

The cashier has refused to honor my coupons saying their store won’t expect coupons for sandwiches that included a lot of meet . I ordered the foot long beast sub.
The manager refused to give me her name .
The next customer a Caucasian lady order a sub and she honored her coupon.
The manager and staff us Hispanic and started speaking in their language when I ask for corporates number.

The app never works! Which is convenient for them because you need the app to use the coupons for their deals. They don’t listen to anything you ask for, having to repeat things over & over.

The gentlemen with the pony tail, is kind and very helpful. I enjoyed my visit because of him. He was alone and i ordered 5 subs with people behind me. I cannot beleive how polite and fast he was to finish my order. It was accurate as well. Thank you for the amazing subs pony tail man. Sorry for ordering all that during a major rush today.

This is the most horrible restaurant all the way around. Did an online order, they charged my card, they cancelled my order and didn’t tell me, I came to pick it up there only 1 person working and she was extremely rude. Argued with me and told me to call someone about there being a charge, had to reorder standing inside the shop and then she told us we had to wait “ since you want your bread toasted you’re going to have to wait” and proceeded to help 6 people in the lobby. I started the original order at 6:40 and it’s now 7:15 and I’m still waiting on our dinner
