When having my sub made, I asked for extra lettuce. He barely puts any lettuce.. maybe half a handful. I ask for more. Again barely picked any up. I asked for extra pickles. He puts 5 pickles on the whole foot long. I asked for extra. He picked up specifically 3 pickles. I asked for extra mayonnaise. He puts 2 swipes. I asked for more. He puts one measly swipe. Are condiments & toppings coming out of their salary now? Like you have to be THAT stingy with toppings? Especially when those are the only 2 toppings I want- I’m not over here asking for every vegetable & condiment.
The bread was also so literally stale it either cut my gums or some hard piece of bread is now stuck inside my gums because they are swollen.
Great way to get someone to never come back to your location ever again & go to a different one.

I went in to buy three cookies and the cookies in the front of the cabinet looked soft and moist. He gave me the ones in the back and their are stale and hard. Will not ever go back.

I want to start off with; I’m not a huge subway fan. Their food, to me, is meh. That being said, I do find myself there occasionally due to gift cards and such and always like to try something new they have. Today, there was one gentleman working in the store on Wise Ave, and he was busting his butt. He was very polite and really trying to keep the line down when multiple people came in at once. There needs to be a minimum of two staff at this store, one person can get easily overwhelmed. Anywho; very polite man, kept the store clean and debris free, busting his butt to be a good employee. Would recommend if subway is your thing.

Not sure which is nastier, the food or the staff. I’ve tried this location twice and have had the same basic experience each time. I tried to use a Subway coupon the first time and a very rude man said “No, no, we don’t take coupons,” and waved me off with his hand. I just turned and walk out without saying anything.
The second time I also had a coupon and when I showed it to the clerk, she kept turning it over and over like she had never seen a coupon before. She went in the back and a male clerk came out and was literally whispering in her ear in another language other than English. Doing that in any language is rude when doing that in front of a customer. Between them, they were apparently able to figure it out and eventually, she began making the meatball sub I had requested. She barely put any sauce on it and I requested some more and she begrudgingly put a small dollop more on the sub. Jeesh, you would have that the cost of the sauce was coming directly out of her paycheck! She proceeded to make the second sub, which turned out to be inedible. Subway food really isn’t that good to start with, but both of my experiences at the Wise Ave location were the worst. Do yourself a favor – spend your fast food dollars elsewhere and save yourself a lot of attitude AND inedible food!

I walked in to an empty restaurant and greeted the man working only to be ignored. I waited 5 minutes while he worked on pick up orders, all while he never said one word to me. I left without being able to place an order. I think they need to remember that there are Subways in nearly every shopping center and may want to focus on customer service skills and the customer standing in front of them. Very poor and will not be going to that one again.

I go there often to get my daughter lunch. Ill see certain associates there for awhile, then I won’t see them any longer. But the new ones I see stay a bit, and so on. Its nice to get on a semi personal level when they recognize me when I go in. Everyone that has worked there has been very friendly and personable. (Not too personal to slow down their job). They usually remember what I order and know how I get my sub. Im glad when I see new ppl working, they are just as nice as the ones before. They all try to multi task when it is busy to get the line moving. As of yet, I haven’t had a bad experience at this Subway location.
