I entered without a greeting. Dining area dirty. I asked for the tables to be cleaned and the male employee given me a dirty look as if that was beneath him. He told me to tell the female employee to clean the tables. I was shocked of this behavior. This male employee made subs without washing his hand and operating the cash register. They are rude to black and female customers. Very polite to males especially the whites.

Service worker NOT very friendly here. NO restroom for customer’s at this location. PLUS you have to PAY TO PARK!!! AND PAY for the food. Location is NOT good.

2nd bad experience at the Towson Md York road, but the last! They have been petty with fillings of their sandwiches for years b4 Covid so no excuses. I’m going to be very brief. Tonight I was treated with such a high level of disrespect that it was borderline a racial issue. As I patiently waited for my pickup, the employee worked with 2 customers who were before me. As I had no problem with waiting, 3 more customers came inside and my pickup order still wasn’t acknowledged. As I spoke to the gentleman, he acknowledged that he was working on my order but instead, worked on 3 more orders before mine. The reason why I have a problem with it is because once he made my food, he tossed the food on the counter and told me “here”. I’m no dog or animal and will not tolerate any mistreatment of any kind. I am extremely sullen due to this treatment. Do I have to mention that I am a black male and all the customers that were helped before me were white? I shouldn’t ever have to bring up this kind of behavior, but here we are. The young from tonight wouldn’t even look at me as I asked to speak to him. He should be absolutely suspended or fired because his behavior and character is possibly a reflection of the community and your establishment. I will definitely share this experience with my large friend base on social media and TU.

Great customer service. Always satisfied with my orders here. I do have trouble understanding them sometimes because of the thick accents, but nevertheless they make great food. Only issue I have been having is that they use incense candles in the shop. Sometimes, the scent of the candles gets into the food and it makes it tastes strange. I had sub rolls, deli meats and often times tuna taste like whatever candle they were burning. Other than that. all is good!

Ordered through the app and got two foot longs for pick up. When I got there, the place was a mess! Drink was spilled on the floor and tables were all dirty. When I picked up my food, the order was completely messed up. Topping that were supposed to be on one foot long were on the other, and vice versa. The only redeeming factor about this whole experience was Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle flavored chips.
