I just got a footlong at their current $6.99 deal, and I honestly didn’t have high expectations as the food’s been just ok in the past, but I work around the corner and it’s one of the options. I needed something for lunch, and I saw that they are currently offering this deal and thought Why Not. Was very pleasantly surprised! Not only was the food ready, but it was very very tasty – and plentiful!! It actually made TWO lunches for me. Lots and lots of filling. Will get another one soon, as long as they have that deal on!

Absolutely will not go here again and will make sure this specific location closes down. When the restaurant calls after an online order is placed because THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAD, we cancel but the restaurant will not give us a refund for a canceled order. Now the owner wants to pretend he doesn’t speak English and refuses to communicate. They stole our money when they didn’t have bread for sandwiches.

placed an online order. showed up and the door was locked… waited several minutes for the guy to return as my order (and others) sat on the shelf… guy finally pulls up in his prius and opens the door, i see my bag of chips was missing from my order so i grab a bag off the shelf. dude shouts “SORRY?” at me as if i’m stealing the bag of chips, then demands to check my receipt. no apology offered for either transgression. just insane

The facility itself is clean. Service and quality is not good. They did not credit me my reward balance and when I brought it up he said “I saw that” but didn’t bring it up when he was completing payment. When brought to his attention, “you should look at your receipts”. That’s what I was doing. “You can use it next time”. Of course, but at another Subway.
The food quantity was poor. Not enough of anything. Had to ask over and over again for mayo, oil, vinegar, olives, ranch. Seriously. Not asking for extra cheese or meat, just some pickles.
Will not go back. Will drive an extra couple minutes for better service and food.
