This is by far the best subway in this area. The staff is always welcoming and the way they build your sub is not only to your specs, but they load it up!! I know its weird to review a subway. But this place is worth the review, worth the stop, and worth being a repeat customer. Always accept a coupon too!!

Nice and clean subway. Normally busy business in this shopping center but this subway will be great location for lunch,dinner and other get together. Usually friendly staff but some of them should stop side talking in another language.

I went in and asked for white bread and they told me they didn’t have any then when she’s putting the sauce on my sandwich the cashier pulls white bread out of where you grab the bread. After someone told her they had white bread when she told me they didn’t. Then she put cheese on my sandwich didn’t even ask me if I wanted any which I didn’t and didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted or anything. I go here all the time and this is the worst experience I’ve had I’m so livid cause this is a completely different sandwich and I spent 12 dollar on this.

this was our go to place for subs, but last night the young male server got an attitude with me about not wanting my sub toasted. he said but the chicken is cold, i asked if he could warm it up PLEASE, he said you should have told me that first. I didn’t know the chicken was cold, and you shouldn’t get an attitude with a customer anyway, I used to be a sub maker long long long ago… will be going to the one down mountain rd now……

This is the rudest subway I have ever been to all the employees look miserable and the food wasn’t fresh all the condiments were empty at 1pm. The guy working threw my stuff in a bag I had to ask him is everything ok why the attitude.

The veggies were old and the bread was not fresh. Also I was about to use the lady’s bathroom and I had to wait for the guy who worked there to finish. As I went inside the bathroom it was so gross. The guy peed all over the seat. No, thank you. I will go to the Subway up the road.

I work a few stores down from here so I have frequented this subway for years. In the past six months it has down way down hill. Today especially, I walked in and ordered a foot long Italian bmt on Italian bread. The man behind the counter asked what I meant and pulled out multigrain bread. I said no, I would like Italian bread. He responded I have to choose from their bread menu to which I pointed to Italian bread on their menu. He put away the Multigrain bread and pulled out the exact same loaf like I cannot see what he’s doing. At that point I gave up on the bread as he filled my sub with spicy Italian instead of Italian bmt. I tried to ask for my correct bread and meats several times and was ignored. Then, I was asked which cheese I wanted by nothing more than a rude gesture of his hands. I asked for pepperjack. I pointed to pepperjack. I got American cheese via his choice. So here I am with a multigrain spicy Italian when I asked for an Italian bread Italian bmt. At this point you get the idea. None of my toppings were correct and the amounts were basically none or so much I couldn’t taste anything else. I didn’t want to pay for a completely different sandwhich than I ordered but I didn’t want to get into a fight with a man who did not understand a word I said. I spent $7 in a sandwhich I couldn’t even eat.
This has happened to me three times in the past month. I don’t think I will ever eat here again
