Nice,friendly staff and their service. Love to get my sandwich here. Restaurant decor is very clean but that is small space and not enough for large group if there’s already more people. Quick service for take out. Also they started delivery service from uber eats. Nice for local community !!

Wasn’t treated kindly, I added my number for rewards points cashier backed it out as soon as I hit enter. I was rushed out the door when I only bought one sandwich might have bought the combo if I was treated better. Buy hey food was fresh

I’m glad I decided to try this particular Subway! Really friendly people and the food was great.
I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. I got tired of being treated like a dog who just peed on the new carpet. The man I dealt with at this one was really nice. My wife and daughter keep commenting on how tasty and fresh their subs were. This will be our “go to” Subway from now on.

Ordered two sandwiches and wanted to earn my rewards. Store attendants could not figure how to calculate the order using my gift cards. Too bad. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else.

Asked if I could hang a flyer for an event for the kids in our community. They said yes. Went back a few days later and my flyer was gone. I paid ¢.75 per flyer, which doesn’t seem like much, unless they’re being thrown away like this Subway location did…. I guess they don’t want to support the community that keeps their doors open.

This place literally has the laziest, most incompetent workers I have ever seen. My go to sub is a Turkey Italiano. Turkey, pepperoni, salami. It is literally not that hard to make at all. Yet they constantly tell me “we don’t have that here.” So fine, I’ll just build my own. “Oh, it’ll cost extra.” So now we’re scammers too? I literally just go to the other Pasadena location where they’re able to make the sandwich just fine. Even laughed at how idiotic this subway was when it came to making this basic sandwich. Not to mention they’re rude as hell about it all. 0/10. Don’t waste your time.

The customer service was amazing! The entire staff especially the gentlemen who made my sandwich were so nice & friendly. You can tell they truly enjoy their jobs or maybe I just caught them on a great day. Either way I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Best $5 I’ve spent all week! LOL.
Ohh and he took his time making my sandwich, it’s legit the best subway (and I’ve had my share) I’ve had in a while.
