Felt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak meat that tasted off or was fatty/had too much connective tissue. This is possibly the worst subway I have ever been too. The service is so trash, the older lady that works the counter is just rude if you ask her something she just wont respond or acknowledge you. I don’t even know if she speaks English.
The guy that works there be chewing/eating his food while making your sandwich like they don’t care about being sanitary. Asked the guy a question and he just stared at me, never seen subway with this bad of service.

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever went to ,
On may 28 around 2:40 after I picked my kids up from school I decided to stop by and get some food for my kids normally I just order it and take it home no issues but on that day my kids & husband decided that they wanted to dine in I agree we sat down around 2:40 after ordering our food I order a footlong meal w chips and a drink a cup drink I only order one meal because my kids are under the age of 5 and did not need separate chips or drinks after ordering our food and getting our cup we sat down and as soon as we poured a drink into the cup it started leaking we tried to ignore it but the leak was to deep and the cup keep making the table wet all over decided to ask the man in the picture for a new cup because it had a hole in it , he gave us a new cup and this cup also had a whole in it , we had got a medium paper cup and we had asked him could we just get the plastic one so it doesn’t keep leaking and he said NO that’s extra and we would have to pay for it we showed him the cup where it was leaking and all he said was “ Drink it fast so it doesn’t spill “ he did not give us a extra cup instead gave us another cup that had a hole in it too and both of the cups kept leaking I was over it and decided to just let my kids finish their meal right when my kids were almost done they decided they wanted to refil their broke cup back up mind you I haven’t left the store I bought my food and we dined I’m never left the store before this last refil my kids had got about 3/4 refills one because it was super hot outside and 2 they were eating their food 3 the CUP HAD A HOLE IN IT . the last time when my kids decided to get one last refill before we left the store I let my older kid get the last refill while I was watching him no more then 5 feet away from the them , The subways worker ( Female in the picture ) decided it was okay to look at my child and tell them
( how many refills are you going to get this is your 5th refill)
I got super offended and asked her to address me and not my 5 year old I asked her is that the policy? I asked her where does it say I’m not allow to have over 5 refills ? She proceeded to tell me
( Your only allow to refill once ) she said that’s is how subways does it , I got super offended because I love subway i dine in most of the time in all different locations and I have never had a employee ever tell me that you’re only allow to get one refill of your are dining in .
My experience here was the absolute worst

Staff was disrespectful and not accommodating.

This is a great Subway. The only one that doesn’t make me sick. We go out of our way to get food from here. I can only assume that the other reviewers are confusing this one with the one on Annapolis road in the shopping center. Because that one is horrible. Have gotten sandwiches from here 9 times now. Never any problems. They are not obligated to take local coupons. So what? I would rather pay regular price and get good food. Than use a coupon and get subpar food. This location has met the mark every-time. The Ingredients are always fresh and the sandwich is put together very well.

I ordered through the app. Neither of my sandwiches was fixed the way I ordered. I should not have to stand and supervise the making of my sandwich. When you pick it up and take it home you don’t know until you get home if the sandwich is the way you ordered it. You are pretty much stuck with it unless you are going to take a lot of extra time and effort to take it back.

I would give them a zero stars if I could. The staff are extremely rude and I had a terrible experience. They had an attitude making my sandwich and put the wrong items. When I asked them to remake my sandwich politely, the said no and if they did I would have to pay for both sandwiches.

Absolutely awful location, rude staff and extremely unprofessional and discourteous. This is my 2nd review as strangely enough my first one was removed. The staff will ignore you and treat you as if you’re wallpaper on the wall. I’m leaving a review again in the hopes that the next customer not have the same negative experience!!

I have been ordering at this Subway for awhile but will never be coming back here again. I placed an order through the subway app and when I arrived at the restaurant they claimed they never received my order even though I showed them my order confirmation and that it was already paid for. The employees blew me off and were ignoring me telling me to call customer service. Horrible/rude service. What kind of restaurant makes you pay for food then refuses to give you the food you paid for it even when showing them proof you paid???

I’ve been here a few times and every time it has been bad. I tried to be forgiving- maybe the worker is having a bad day or something like that. This last time I went, the worker that attended me was rude and gave me less than what I normally get at other subways. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Subway. Hopefully they realize how bad the service is and do something about it.
