The two people that are working are very disrespectful, they don’t listen when ur placing an order, when u ask for extra mayo the man say 2.00 wow, they barely speak English. They was very nasty. My daughter had to sure the bathroom and it was out and it smelled nasty inside. What kind of service is this. First and last time at this restaurant.

This restaurant used to be good. Their customer service used to be excellent! Now they are TERRIBLE! The people in there are so miserable and nasty towards the customers. No wonder why this place is always empty now. Their produce is NOT fresh. They pinch the condiments on your sandwich acting as if it’s going to send them into debt if I get more onions or lettuce! They are so mean in there now. The skinny man with the light brown eyes is the rudest!! I HOPE they get NEW MANAGEMENT and soon! If I can give this place less then one star I would because that would be more accurate!!!!

I just had the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had from a subway. It was an Uber eats delivery. Sandwich was perfectly made, and fast! The driver was on their way within minutes. This store got every detail right! It arrived still hot and tasted fresh and flavorful l! 10/10 from me!

We just ordered 4 foot longs and 3 chips and 3 drinks. They wouldn’t t help me use a coupon as it was internet order only. The roast beef was spoiled. One of the meatball subs “tasted off” my husband believes they switched to cheaper meatballs. Sad, I really liked going here. Never again. The customer service was so rude we chose to throw away nearly half our order rather then go back and fight. Too tired. $46 lesson.

Whoever the store manager was on 7/21/25 around 8:20pm that was refilling the condiments with no gloves on is quite rude. I asked for a cup or literally anything to put my mayo in because I have a long drive ahead and didn’t want a soggy sandwich and i couldn’t risk taking it and having it soggy but he said they didn’t have any cups and that’s “not his problem ” and i’m no longer allowed in the store. Sir it’s a condiment i’m not arguing with your over mayo lol it’s okay. I understand if I was being combative or calling them names or anything but I wasn’t…that’s such a petty and emotional response for a grown man running a business. very odd behavior

Half cooked bacon all the food in there looks old and nasty. Staff was very nasty and one sandwich was almost 20 dollars. The worst subway store ever really needs to be reevaluated by owner and management I will never return. HORRIBLE
