Ordered to the wrong location and in hindsight I should have canceled it, but I didn’t want them to waste food. Bad decision. My 6 inch sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub didn’t have what i requested (krunch and cheddar cheese) and the sweet onion sauce was barely even there. There were maybe 5 pieces of chicken. They skimmed toppings too. Oh and If you want cookies instead of chips there is a surcharge for each!!! No where else I have seen a surcharge for cookies besides this one. In addition, they stuffed 2 pieces of “napkins” that are literally paper towels, the trifold kind that is really rough because obviously it’s not used as “napkins”. I do not recommend this place and will never go back there

The staff is great, they go above and beyond to get your order through start to finish. From walking in the door I felt acknowledged. Even helped out during ordering when I didn’t know what I wanted. Also, I didn’t know there was a deluxe option if you didn’t want double meat/cheese! Southwest airline lost one of our bags and we had to wait 6 hours until plane from another city came in with our bag. The person there at Subway let us eat our meal and then wait in restaurant until the plane came in. Our bag never came in! But, the food was good, the service was great and we felt welcomed in our time of distress.

I pass 2 Subways to come here because the service is good and the restaurant is really clean. I really love the fact that they was their hands after touching anything that’s not the food. This is the best Subway in the area. The one on Arundel Mills Blvd is good as well. Can’t go wrong with either location.
