It was a hot day and I was so hungry! Wow, I’ve been to many Subways before, I tell you for some reason the sandwiches here are out of this world! It must have that family feel to the staff and the place. Sometimes that all it takes to make it a go-to place. Very special in my heart! And yeah…I was hungry too!!

I placed an order over the phone while visiting for pick up and the employee literally put one slice of meat on the sub I ordered two foot longs and they completely took advantage of the fact this was a phone order and put no meat on the sub. Don’t order over the phone and pick up, they clearly need you to be present in the store. Very very poor service and very poor work ethic.

My wife and I stopped by the Ellicott City Subway about 15 years ago coming back from a Dr appointment. The service was great and the staff was so friendly my wife and I always go there even though we have about 5 Subways in our neighborhood. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Laura she was so sweet and kind we look forward eating their can’t wait for our next visit.

There was an elderly lady who served the food. However, she was stingy and gave meager portions of food. Specifically, she barely gave us cheese, onions, and a bunch of other toppings. I would recommend going somewhere if you want food instead of this Subway.

Having a child that is incredibly particular with what he eats, and how his food is prepared is challenging at best. Laura and all of the employees at this EC Subway consistently went above and beyond with a smile to ensure Ryan always got the Turkey and American not a single other speck of anything and not prepared next to anything- perfect parts of equal Turkey and cheese. Always a pleasure and they never complained when I dash in just before close or the moment they opened.
