One of the best subways I’ve ever been to. The staff are fast and efficient when dealing with orders and are incredibly nice. The store is incredible clean and overall a nice environment to enjoy your lunch at. I will continue to go back as long as they are open.

Misleading Coupon Policy – Only TWO of 12 coupons honored.
I am leaving this one-star review because this location does not honor the vast majority of the coupons they mail out. They sent out 12 coupon offers, but the staff informed me they only accept one: the “Get 1 Footlong meal for $8.99” coupon.
To save you time and hassle, they DO NOT accept the following offers:
$6.99 Footlong
$3.99 6-inch Sub
Buy 1 Footlong, Get 1 6-inch Free
Get 2 Footlongs for $12.99

i respect the workers and managers and would even say they are honorable of the chain and clean but come on theres no way im not being trolled at this point (maybe for using codes or something) this not no ft cookie and i argued this before. (they made a bit more) Not tryna hear the oven made it shrink this time cause cookies expand in heat. This is an extremely clean subway, The staff is very friendly very engaging. I cannot express the way the food is handled and the cleanliness of this restaurant. I wanted to express my sincerest empathy for you that you have an employee that is working for your store and is such a poor representation of what you had to work hard for.
This is an account of the events that took place on this evening!
My daughter and I entered your store this evening and a lady was replacing the mayonnaise containers behind the counter. As we stood waiting for a few minutes… she never looked up nor acknowledged that we were waiting at the counter to place an order. She continued to place additional containers in the refrigerator behind the counter (completely ignoring us). I then stated to her that we were ready to order( We were ready when we entered the store). She replied when I’m finished. (What?) She then asked my daughter what she wanted. She never apologized for making us wait while she did her work. I have never experienced such POOR customer service and a lack of respect. My daughter said we should have never stayed to order thus patronizing this location. This used to be one of my favorite Subways’, but with an employee like her… I will never return. What disrespect, even my parents have shown and taught me that you would never treat anyone like this, certainly someone who is spending their money with your business. What a shame you have someone like her working for you… I am truly sad for you.
Note: There was another young lady that came from around the back who observed this employee’s poor behavior.
