Very good and friendly staff. I was tired during my long road trip and had to make a stop to grab some food.
The vegetables and ingredients used at Riverside Subway was very fresh. Though I didn’t order online before getting here I was served in a very short time.
The place is very clean and well ventilated. They have well kept restrooms as well.
I enjoyed my meal. Thanks guys. You’re doing a good job!!!

The sub was all right but some of the ingredients I wanted didn’t look fresh so I couldn’t get them on my sub. Tables were all covered in crumbs. This location doesn’t carry Old Bay. I need Old Bay on my sub.

Lady behind the counter was straight up racist…Me and my brother had ordered online and my parents walked in and ordered…..she didn’t even greet us and our food was terrible…we didn’t ask for anything extra and you can see in picture how our subs looked….other people who did online order and walk in order got greeted and there subs looked normal..Worst experience ever

My husband accidentally ordered me a BLT instead of a BMT. It would have been ok except there was only 2 very thin slices. All I tasted was lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
He ordered a cold cut combo. It was sloppy mess!!!!
And the biggest problem is ordering online and going ahead and giving a tip before seeing your food.

November Rain
Soda fountain broken, forced to buy a single 20oz bottled Pepsi. They want to then charge us another $2.00 for a simple cup of ice, when their soda fountain is down!!
1.75 oz bag of Doritos was almost $3 on top of that. Ordered a foot long pretzel but was told that was discontinued!!!!!
Not going to bother to comment further except to day whoever is running this franchise location needs a slap into reality!!
