I wouldn’t even give a star, but I guess I have to do so to post my comment. My department ordered online for a pickup, and when we arrived at the counter, the staff had already given us an attitude. Apparently, the people working that day didn’t like that we had ordered a large quantity, and they seemed to feel rushed because it was a last-minute order. I understand that it was lunchtime and they were serving many students. However, what I don’t understand is how they treated and served their customers. The least they could have done was apologize if the order was indeed last-minute and needed more preparation time. Instead, we received a snide comment and an attitude that suggested we had done something wrong. To make matters worse, they forgot to include a drink with one of the orders. One person was particularly upset because I had asked for a drink that was supposed to be part of their order. To sum it up, the staff behind the Subway counter were rude and very unprofessional in serving the faculty, staff, and students at the college. We are in a learning environment, and they should serve people with respect and integrity. It’s a shame they work in this kind of environment.

I love the veggie patty! Tastes really good. If you are vegan or vegetarian or just want something a little healthier then I highly suggest it. The workers are always nice and work fast.

Food is usually pretty good but all the employees have AirPods in and it’s clear that in makes it harder for them to hear you because I had to ask 3 times for extra lettuce and they didn’t hear me, and they put barely any Mayo on even when I asked twice

Pretty long line, but moved pretty fast. Super friendly guy making sandwiches here. I had the chicken dumpling soup, first couple of bites tasted oddly like packaged food, got better as I ate.
