This subway has the freshest bread I’ve ever had at any subway in the US. Cleanliness is 10/10 here and the staff was extremely friendly. The management at this store is definitely doing their job well.

I’m so pissed right now! I placed an order to this subway on Uber eats and these people did not follow any instructions or toppings I asked for I’m mad as hell right now I got a dry sandwich and they don’t even answer their phone

As soon as we walked in we could smell the pungent aroma of rot and decay. I’ve been a professional plumber for years and can recognize the smell of a sewer backup. I don’t think they can be open with an active sewer stoppage, so maybe they were dealing with something worse. Either way we didn’t feel comfortable eating there and walked out.

I ordered a small wrap. I asked if it was a small. Employee said “yes, small”. Then she made a small wrap and charged me $14.95 for a large sub. I told her I didn’t order a large, she confirmed that it was a small and no sign stated the price for a wrap. The cashier and manager wouldn’t change the price. I asked for a refund and the refused to refund me for the chips and drink. Extremely poor way to handle the matter.

This Subway restaurant (Subway at The Plaza) closes earlier than the time posted on the restaurants door and this subways location (Leisure World Plaza) website. They are suppose to close at 10pm Monday through Saturday but close at 9pm instead. This is misleading as I have traveled to this location from a few miles away only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign that says closed. I arrived after 9pm but 30 minutes before 10pm yet this location is already closed! Please adhere to the time you agreed upon to keep your establishment open for your customers which is 10pm. You are a service to Leisure World Residents (the elderly 55 plus), their families, and caregivers. We all depend on you for dinner sometimes. Stand by your elderly community, commitment, and your closing time!! If you advocate and advertise to close at 10pm then please do so!!!

we ordered over an hour before they closed and they cancelled our order after nearly an hour of us waiting with no given reason. i understand the circumstances of the time aren’t normal but they could have cancelled much earlier. another subway was able to fulfill our order before they closed, so there’s clearly not any company wide policy requiring they close early. damn irresponsible to almost leave us without food for the night because they couldn’t be bothered. do better

Really pleased with the Sub of the day Tuna sub I got here with practically everything I wanted on it fresh peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, pickles and olives. Just pure deliciousness. There was only one employee working and she was very courteous.

Don’t go to this place 30 minutes before closing time!
Cause by 9:30 pm they have put way all toppings from its station!
They have to go grab toppings at the kitchen to finish the sandwich!
And they look at you with a unhappy face!
Like your where doing something bad to be there near closing time!
Now I’m choosing a different location !

The subs here are standard the service is the issue and it’s actually abysmal I must be a glutton for punishment returning to this place or more likely there’s little food options in the area and I live close by. I honestly don’t get the high marks for service but then again I do I’m sure some people do get a privileged level of service but I digress. I’ve contacted management IDK how many times so they either don’t care or put an emphasis on consistency of service. I’m pretty sure the workers cant even spell consistency so I might be asking too much. The staff refuses to greet you or as much as ask can I take your order without the customer inconveniencing their blank stares to get something going. But then the very next customer may or may not get a greeting there’s no consistency. I guess if you’re recognized from the barrio or one of the senior citizens then you get treated fairly. Not my fault youre paid minimum wage leave your issues/emotions/biases at home and do the job…women.Then theres the issue of repeating yourself numerous times to get your order across. IDK if it’s a language barrier or what. Anyway this place is trash I should just drive down to Norbeck and Bauer which in all honesty is probably not much better, customer service is just dead. Youth have no work ethic, at least with some customers. Rant over.
