We had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Jyoti. She refused to accept our coupon, claiming that our sandwich was the problem. This was confusing, as we had used the same coupon for the exact same sandwich just a few days earlier without any problems. When we asked for clarification, Jyoti was rude and dismissive. My friend and I stepped aside to try and figure out what the issue was, but she interrupted us to say, “It doesn’t matter,” which felt unnecessarily hostile.

After pressing for more information, she finally explained that the sandwich we ordered “no longer exists.” Apparently, Subway had recently changed the recipe, slightly renamed it, and increased its price. However, instead of telling us this when we first ordered, she went ahead and made the old version of the sandwich, then proceeded to charge us the new, higher price. To make things worse, Jyoti then blamed us for not showing the coupon earlier, even though the real issue was her failure to communicate the change in the menu. We clearly ordered using the old sandwich’s name, so this felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than take accountability for her lack of transparency.

While we understand that menus and promotions can change, this situation could have been handled with much better communication and basic courtesy. We hope the staff receives proper training so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.

Ordered two foot long sandwiches on the app. Arrived after 15 minutes. The row house of shops were on the second floor on top of the parking garage. There was only one staff working and serving a patron when we walked in. After checking out that patron, the only staff had to make sandwiches for another patron waited in line. Then, the staff processed two mobile orders, in which the second one was ours. By the time we received two sandwiches, it passed ten minutes after we walked in. The Footlong Steak & Cheese and the Footlong #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki were made as expected. We wanted to have late lunch in the store, but it was too hot indoors…

I’ve been here several times and the servers are always nice and very friendly. I’ve also never had a problem with the food. It’s good by Subway standards. In fact, the bread this last time tasted very fresh, which you don’t always get at Subway. Kudos to this well managed Subway.

Most terrible staff. I ordered via the app and the staff refused to acknowledge the order. I had to contact customer care to get the issue resolved. I showed the order confirmation but he was so rude. Please give your business to some deserving place.

My son and I got subs from here we are both experiencing food poisoning symptoms. Can not keep anything down including water. Will never eat here again.

Today , I ordered two subs : one UltimateBMT footlong and a 12 – inch ChickenBacon Ranch footlong. I drove away without checking the bag , which is my fault . Once I arrived home , it was very obvious that one sub was much smallerthan the other. The Chicken Bacon Ranchwas approximately 4 inches smaller than the other sub. I drove back to this Subwayon Clover Street . I spoke to a young lady about my sub , asking if I could get it remade correctly . There was a lot of back and forth regarding why the portion wascorrect. Eventually , I’m guessing the manager or location owner walked in and simply told the lady to make the new sandwich. The lady was quite rude ; she and the presumed manager kept mumbling to each other , which I could clearly hear.
I will definitely not be making a return , and they have lost a valuable customer. I hope they can provide proper training for the staff at this location and teach them essential customer service skills. At the end of the day , the customer is always right.

Update:

I’ve been a customer here for quite sometime, but I think the service is a bit lacking. The staff couldn’t hear me because he was talking to someone else on Bluetooth. I asked about the crushed peppers they used to have. A simple sorry no would have sufficed but instead said there was no space in the bread for more things customers want…which is just silly.

More training needed on hygiene as well.
For example: if they touch their mouth, they should wash their hands. What’s the point if they touch the gloves with the same hands they had all over there face…

Meat placement was also lacking so I requested double meat. However four slices of salami for four dollars is insane…

I made an online order for me and my 3 daughters… he got all 3 orders wrong and all 3 of my subs were swimming in mayo and mustard. Never doing an online order again. Very inconvenient
