Run down and couldn’t even get my order right when I was standing in line. Got back with a completely different sandwich than the tuna I ordered. Thankfully I’ll never have to come back here. I think I got a staph infection from just packing near the building. Avoid like the plague

Went in there and got out within a minute. It’s very straight forward and if the food doesn’t come out good, it’s your fault, not the workers.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and this is how it looked. I went back to ask them because the meat was NOT cooked. They told me that’s how all their meat look. How could they be serving that chicken uncooked. Gross!!

No parking at all. Establishment does not honor coupons and if they do they put their own stipulations on them. Does not acknowledge you at all when you enter the store and is only concerned with the money you spend and not the order you are giving. Very skimpy on the vegetables given and immediately took my receipt without handing it to me after paying for my order. Like.. May I have my receipt?

This Subway never seems very busy and it’s probably entirely because of parking challenges. I almost only walk anywhere so it doesn’t bother me. The staff has always been very friendly and speak English fluently. The food ingredients are always fresh and quickly prepared. I get take out subs here a couple of times per week and have never had a bad experience.

Ordered a footling #11 had a coupon the server said I needed to show her the coupon first before ordering and the roast beef wasn’t included the coupon did have exclusions but that wasn’t one. They were advised to keep the sandwich I left and took my coupon to another subway with no problems

I went to the store to order a sub for my daughter who has food allergies. They ran out of the bread I usually order for her. One of the workers went in the back to check the ingredients label of the other bread and came back to say the bread had no dairy. I told her that I needed to see the label myself. She said the box was too heavy to bring to me (it was 25 pounds). I asked if she could take a picture of the label and she said no. My issue is her attitude. If I was asking her to go above and beyond, then fine, but, respond with a poor attitude. Other Subway stores have been helpful in either letting me see the bread box label myself or taking a picture of the label so I can read it myself when I have a question about ingredients. Food allergies is serious and can be life threatening. Food providers should work with customers with food allergies and not alienate them.
