I have read the ratings on this Subway, and they really do not make sense to me, my work takes me to the Gaithersburg area frequently and I come to this particular Subway rather often, never have I had any problems or issues with the employees here, make my sub, no attitude, they are always friendly to me. In short be nice and treat people with respect, no problems.

I usually put good comments but this place really lousy customer service especially the girl who is Latina like me and she really shouldn’t be working there since the subway food is delicious, I always went to buy food and spent around 35 dollars a week If you multiply it by the week and then by the year, it is 1,680 dollars a year and that is how money is escaping from these restaurants. Not Happy at all. I bought two steak wraps, one chicken wrap and in all three the women serving me put only 2/3 rd of the meat…I normally go to Flower Hill location almost every day for lunch and know exactly how much steak they use…it is disgusting how some locations don’t give worth of money they charge.
