Made a mobile order using the app. There are many free parking lots in this shopping center, Arrived after the time of promise, and two sandwiches were ready for pickup. The indoors seating looked clean. The cheesy garlic steak sandwich was well prepared and tasted good. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was filled with customized ingredients as is.

This place is disgusting, there’s not enough tables and chairs, there’s no iced tea, the air conditioner doesn’t work, and they’re serving brown, nasty lettuce and they said it’s OK because the truck doesn’t come till tomorrow, and they dont listen, you repeat “ham sandwich on wheat” 3 times. This a service industry if they can’t communicate it’s extremely impossible to order anything.

I placed an online order for a footlong and went to pick it up but didn’t notice until I got back to work that I received the wrong sub. I went back to the store to let them know and they made me a new sub. But when I got back to work, my sub was STILL wrong, not toasted and missing the toppings. I couldn’t leave work for a third time so no lunch today. ♀️

I come to this subway a lot, and NEVER had issues. But today, I asked for THE SAME THING and, both of the ladies here gave me and my mom and attitude, they cut the bread wrong that it was FALLING APART! When we asked to speak to the manager both ladies refuse to call him/her, and when ask what their names was, they also refuse to give their names, they just kept on giving us attitude. We had to leave and buy at a different restaurant; is absolutely disappointing that, they threat returning customers like this.
UPDATE:
I went back today, the manager was in today and, I explained my situation from the week before, she listen to me, she made my sub! She apologized about what had happen and made me feel welcome again to the store! I was honestly debating wether or not to come back but I’m glad I did because the manager was EXTREMELY NICE! 5 stars for a great manager! She knows how to keep costumers happy

Very rude employees. Attempted to order lunch today with my son. Was rudely told she would not take our order without a mask on. We are there from Western Maryland where no mask are required anymore. I asked if she had some that we could put on and she abruptly said get out and pointed to the door. So we left. Keep in mind both employees had masks on and were behind a full plexiglass counter but if we had a mask, after ordering we could have sat down and ate in the dining area a mere eight feet away from them without a mask on. I’m sorry but this is just plain stupid at this point people.

After Grubhub order was wrong I called the store for information. The store called me back five minutes later and badgered me into trying to take a replacement order. I had to tell them four or five times I wasn’t taking their food and then I was canceling with GrubHub.

The never have cookies. It isn’t the employees fault but the store owner needs to make this change . I was told they hardly have them because they are rarely busy. Poor excuse. Never have I ever been to a subway and they not have a large amount of cookies available. Unacceptable.

Was there on 6/14 around 6pm. Very rude employee. She was annoyed.
If she doesn’t like working there, I strongly suggest a new job for her.
In closing. The place was dirty and the subs were sloppily made.

The people that work at this store are rude. Do not go there. My 10 year old daughter had to use the bathroom and they refused. Fear of Covid should not be an excuse to stop human decency. It’s just a bathroom
