I ordered online through the app. For a 5pm pick-up. Store hours say it’s closed at 6pm on Sundays. I google to checked before placing my order. When I arrived it was already closed. I try calling the store. Their numbet is not in service. I want my refund, compensated immediately!

TL;DR a quality subway, $12 for a ftlong and 2 cookies, excellent server.

Stopped by this subway a couple of time while doing work in DC. It’s a smaller location, but it reminds me more of how Subway used to be like. 5/5 staff

I got a footlong chicken, bacon & ranch sub.
They made it the way I asked and I didn’t have any issues with the portions of ingredients. They put the perfect amount of each the first time. I also got 2 white chip macadamia nut cookies they were good but they were probably from the night before (it was 7am when I went in) 4.5/5 for the food

The server himself was quick and polite. Great conversationalist. 5/5 staff

I went there on Sunday March 8th.
The staff’s understanding of English was quite poor. I ordered a meatball sandwich but had to repeatedly ask about the type of bread, cheese, meat etc. which was disappointing.
The staff were chatting with each other and not making the sandwich.
This is the worst store.

I work nearby and walked over at 730 pm after I closed at my job so I could use the coupons I got in the mail. Good thing they saw me take them out before I started ordering cuz the lady said “We don’t take coupons.” I said “What?! You used to, right?” No answer. “When did you stop taking them?” No answer. I looked at the menu to see if there were any deals I’d want, because i wasnt going to pay full price for what i would have gotten with my coupon. Got the daily combo special even though I didn’t want a drink cuz I only do diet soda and their only diet option is Pepsi zero, but it gave me the best price for a footlong. At the register when asked if I wanted a cup for soda or to get a 20 oz bottle, i was gonna take the bottle but glad I asked first if it was the same price cuz she said the bottle was 50 cents more, so I said cup. I paid. Took my cup to the fountain and the diet Pepsi was broken. I told the woman at the register and asked if I could do the bottle instead and she said for 50 cents so I ended up paying the extra 50 cents for a drink I don’t even really like. They were cleaning for closing which is supposed to be at 830 according to Google and the last time that I came to the store which was sometime in the last 6 months or so. I was sitting in the cafe waiting for my Lyft. 2 customers came in around 748 and they told them they’re closing in 3 min. I said “You don’t close at 830? They said no.” Apparently it changed to 8 at some point which hasn’t been reflected yet on Google. I asked “when did it change to 8?” No answer. They turned the lights out at 755 while I was still sitting in the café waiting for my lyft cuz it was POURING outside. I walked outside around 757. They finished up closing and they themselves were ready to walk out the door at 801. Good for them I guess, like I said I close at a food service place too, I know we all wanna go home, but not at the expense of customer service. Spanish is their first language, and I speak a tiny bit of Spanish, but if you can’t say thank you to your customers, or I’m sorry when somethings broken or you don’t take coupons anymore or your store has changed their hours, and you can’t answer a customers questions, I’m sorry but again as a food service worker myself thats unacceptable. When I came on here to double check the listed hours of operation I read reviews from the past 6 months and almost all described a very similar experience. Management at this location should address these issues that are clearly consistent. Won’t be counting on this location anymore. I hope my footlong at least tastes good (fingers crossed).

They closed 10 minutes early for no good reason. I rushed to get there before closing, arriving at 8:19 with hours til 8:30. I watched one of the ladies leave with her husband.

The ladies didn’t care that I had just paid to park and jogged over. Honestly ridiculous and no wonder this location has so many bad reviews. You’ve lost a customer in me.

Where is the work ethic? Where is the customer service? I expect better from a Bethesda restaurant when I bust my butt to give you my business and you’re supposed to be open. Shame on you.

This restaurant was overrun with school kids cussing. The staff seemed more concerned with joking around with them instead of getting the line moved along. I presented a coupon that the cashier refused to take without an explanation. The cashier on duty seemed to be annoyed with having to be at work. Maybe she should have called out, instead of giving a customer attitude. This location is convenient when working in the office. However, I won’t be back. Management could should run a refresher in customer service.
