I was pleasantly surprised by this subway. The shopping center it sits in doesn’t look nice, but when you step inside this subway, it is very clean, neat, and smells delicious. It actually made me want to sit in there to eat. I ordered online and the guy who made my sandwiches was like a pro, it was done neatly, correctly, and wrapped perfectly at the end like it was fit for a commercial. Will definitely come back. This is by far the cleanest subway I’ve ever been to!

This Subway is very clean. when I come in every Sunday and Tuesday at 5 PM.I always see the young lady clean, which is very assuring that they take cleaning serious.She always Greets me with hi how are you doing. Then she proceeds to take my order.She always makes it the way I like. She’s also fast and neat. even though the prices are high I will come back to this one.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at the store on a Friday at 9:25 when the store closed at 10 and I was refused service. The cashier was rude and told me that I better order now or they won’t serve me. When I was trying to figure out what I wanted, he turned off the lights and to me to leave for no apparent reason. These people come into our community and treat us like they’re better than us. I recommend people to stop spending your hard earn money with this people. I will be contacting corporate next and hopefully they will get rid of these people. It’s no excuse to get treated like 2nd class citizens.

I am at the door at 9:40 pm and the representative told me they were closed. She just shook her head to tell me they were closed and then hid in the back. However the sign clearly says it closes at 10pm. I drove 20 mins to get here because this is one of the few things I can eat while pregnant and NOW I can’t even eat anything. Thanks. I’m writing this review at 9:51pm and she still won’t let me in. SMH. Never coming back.

This Subway was very clean and felt very new. I removed two stars because I was the only patron there and the staff couldn’t focus on the sandwich I was telling them to make. I had to repeat myself three times at most parts of the process. I believe this could also be a language issue as the sandwich makers first language was clearly not English.

Went in the other day and ordered a turkey and roast beef with extra meat…wasn’t impressed. The sandwich was dry which I don’t understand considering I got extra mayo, just not competing with jersey Mike’s or many other spots when it comes to getting a good sandwich in the area…Can do better.

I just placed an order. The drinks weren’t delivered. Footlong was wrong. I called the store and was told I couldn’t get a refund. The guy told me he was getting the manager and then hung up. I won’t be ordering from here again.

My Subway account was hacked and a pickup order was placed at this Subway. Before it was picked up, I called this Subway to explain the situation and ask that the order be cancelled. I was hung up on twice. Then, I was told that they would check the ID on the order so that it wouldn’t be completed. But they didn’t, and the order was picked up. There was no politeness or sympathy either. They just rewarded criminals with free sandwiches.
