Server “Idris” (the name she gave me because she was not wearing a name tag) was VERY RUDE during my visit. She took it upon herself to toast my sandwich and when I told her I wanted it cold, she became VERY Confrontational! She needs to be reprimanded and retrained on proper customer service etiquette. I’m a weekly customer that will go elsewhere if I have to continue dealing with her bad attitude in the future…..

I enter and ask to use the bathroom. The worker Altaf allowed me to use the bathroom before purchasing anything. I thought that was pretty nice of him. The vibe was not as warm because of the lack of contentment from the employee. Maybe having a bad day or something. Place was clean and food was good. They have sugar cookies and XXX vitamin water as the fountain drink. I have not seen vitamin water as a fountain drink. That was a treat.

Food was fine, but for some reason it seemed like the staff here didn’t know what they were doing. Placed an order 25 minutes in advance and they didn’t have it ready, and they seemed somewhat confused about what’s going on.
