The female employee working today was so busy talking crap with her coworker about another employee who wasn’t there that the only customer in front of them clearly wasn’t a priority. My sandwich was thrown together with zero care. The portion of meat was short for the sandwich I ordered, and the wrong toppings were added after she rushed me to list more than two at once.
At that point I was so fed up with the lack of attention that it wasn’t even worth correcting. I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations and I’ve never had a sandwich assembled like a sloppy joe before.
Management might want to spend less time letting employees gossip behind the counter and more time making sure they’re actually paying attention to customers and assembling food correctly. Retraining on basic customer service and sandwich prep would be a good start.

Not the best Subway sandwich I have had. The bread was flat and doughy like it wasn’t fully cooked. And I realize it was busy, but y’all need to dial it back a bit so the sandwiches aren’t just slopped together. They were cordial and clean though.

Location is amazing when the manager is the one running the front. When the young employees are running the line service and atmosphere changes dramatically. If you like your sub to be toasted don’t come here. They have oven on low and set to a low time. When you ask for it to be toasted again they will put it for double the time they already put it and burn your sub. Young lady in morning has a very nasty attitude which was surprising because she was nice when she first started. I went from a regular to not eating here anymore due to the young lady’s attitude.

As far as Subways go, this place is the best! Extremely friendly, fast, and clean. The older gentlemen — John, I think — is fast and always professional and courteous. I think its his wife — Deb, maybe? — who’s on the register is always pleasant. The food is to Subway standard and they always make it exactly the way I want it, with speed and care. This is the BEST subway in the area.

This location didn’t have as many veggie selections that I like for salads. Each time I ordered hot chicken and cheese for my salad, the cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was still cold. Otherwise, it was decent.

I went in at 11:45 today. They put the wrong cheese and toasted it thinking it was another lady’s sandwich(I said it was fine), then they asked me what I would like on it and before I could finish the woman had passed it on to be wrapped(she only put lettuce and olives). I then tried asking the lady who was wrapping it if she could finish putting the things I wanted on it but she ignored me. My sandwich was then almost sold to the same lady they toasted it for but luckily she noticed. When I went to pay I asked again about finishing my sandwich and the man asked what it was that I wanted, i told him(tomatoes, pickles, and the dressing it comes with) and he brought me just the dressing.
