*Note* I rarely leave reviews BUT, this subway rips you off. In regards to food, they are very stingy with meat. I they only put 3 meatballs into the 6 inch sub I got. The nachos that my wife ordered had about 10% of it having meat. The people serving do not care about customer service and even forgot parts of the order. I guess it stays open due to the area being by apartment complexes… don’t waste your time. Go to the other subway closest to here.

Don’t waste your money. They shave the meat so thin you can see through it. I ordered a subway club footlong, When I got home and opened the sandwich, it looked like I had two pieces of meat on a sandwich I paid $13 for. I was so disappointed, I took the meat from one half of the footlong and added to the other half, making a 6in. So, I paid $13 for a 6-inch sandwich. SHRINKFLATION IS REAL! JUST LIKE GREED! They are taking advantage of their customers. You deserve better! Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve tried to give this location plenty of chances but I will not return to this location. The meat they offer on the bread is paper thin. You can barely taste any meat while eating your sandwich. The bread is always stale and today I received a pre toasted sub roll which they did not inform me it was pre toasted. I believe they did that to hide the fact that the bread was stale.

Ali is horrible. His Attitude is horrible. Makes you feel like your business is a burden to him. Shows no care to the customers nor the sandwiches. Will not be returning to this location ever again. And it’s across the street from where I work. Shame.

I ordered the #18 The Ultimate B.M.T meat so thin you can see through it. If you ask for extra meat they will change you an extra $4.99. The prices are marked up. Footlong #18 with little meat plus $4.00 for chips and drink and other $4.99 for extra meat because I didn’t want to eat a bread sandwich. My total was $21.00. Next time I’m going to Jersey Mike’s….

Don’t bother ordering online and expect your order to be ready when your app says so. Twice now I had to wait inside as if I came in to stand in line. They don’t pay attention to the mobile app tickets claiming they don’t get them on time. Both guys working there have horrible hygiene and one guys lips look dry and damn near bleeding. They like to talk amongst each other while making your sandwich and you can see their spit flying out. It’s honestly one of the worst Subways in the area.

When my husband and I walked in, we were not greeted or even looked at. When we spoke up and said hello to the guy working, we were met with silence. It was maybe 30 seconds later when the guy turned around asking us “Are you ready now?” And we said yes. We ordered our food, he hadn’t said anything to us other than asking us what cheese we wanted. We walked back home after paying and as soon as I open my sandwich, someone’s very long hair was in my sandwich, not only in my sandwich but it was intertwined with the chicken and veggies. Needless to say we will not be going back to this subway, the service, the attitude, the food, that we received from this guy at this location was not acceptable.

I love the customer service of the worker named Sameer at this Subway location. He NEATLY prepares the sandwich like a work of art. It was just amazing to watch him going through his motions. He obviously takes pride in his work. Subway needs to give him a promotion. If you come to this location and your sandwich is put together as I described, it’s probably Sameer.
Update on 7/17/2022: I continue to enjoy excellent customer service at this Subway location. A shout out to Edgar who treated me with professionalism and thoughtfulness.
