Not good if we’re being honest… Are hairnets a thing of the past?..worst as well as one of the wettest pizzas I’ve had the displeasure of eating ..so moist it tasted undone..in fact I actually questioned the worker about it not being all the way cooked after he began trying to cut it in fours and all the toppings and cheese got moved and pulled off as he began trying to cut it..

Languages barriers and group of people playing stereotypical instead helping each other to accomplish the end goal(s) wanted/needed in service will makes all of us easier happy.Tone of voice;demanding”yall needed to put more of this /and that..”.On the phone;third party ordering during in line.Employee stayed behind the protective counter space;not dining area cleaning/sanitizing?

Worst location in this area. Customer service is on negative 10. The attitudes of the workers are horrible. I would rather drive into Alexandria to pick up my order, though this location is 6 minutes from my residence.
Placed a mobile pick-up order for 2 foot-longs subs and 1 salad. When I arrived, there were 3 foot-longs, no salad. I expressed the error to the staff and the first response was, ” We didn’t mess up.” Well, check the receipt as it shows that I was supposed to have a self and there’s no salad in the bad. After a 3 staff persons meeting and me waiting, they made the executive decision to make the salad. Why?! Why did it take all of this and my time for you to correct the issue. And they attitudes about me tried to make me keep the third unwanted sub without my salad.
This is the fourth encounter where their customer service was unacceptable. No more. I advise for patrons to go to another location.

Our catering order was perfect and ready on time for the football watch party. Our guests also commented regarding how good the sandwiches were. Thank you Rivertown Commons Subway!!!

This is the most unprofessional place there can be. They always run out of BREAD, will not post a sign when they do, make people wait in line to THEN ANNOUNCE they only have one type usual flat bead available.
Then when asked why they don’t…. They will say, “They will lose customers…” of course when you keep having nothing to serve on a regular… How are you going to make subs if you run out of BREAD?

This place frustrates me Everytime I come… if you come anytime after 3 hours before closing they will only have one type of bread. It’s 7 pm y’all don’t close until 10pm but only have flatbread and jalapeño bread. This isn’t a one time occurrence it’s an EVERY TIME I COME HERE OCCURRENCE. It is absolutely no excuse why this always happens…

The service was lousy. The cashier didn’t speak English well enough to communicate with me and answer questions asked. They didn’t honor my coupon and told me they would take it on my next trip. First time in this store in a couple of years. I don’t know if there has been a staff change. However, I refuse to utilize this location anymore. The sandwich wasn’t good, the lettuce and tomatoes were bad. I asked for specific tomatoes and still received what the server chose to give me. Extremely unhappy with the quality of service during my visit.

Today I arrived to grab lunch with my autistic client. May 8th 3pm. There was hair in the food. When I said something a woman started yelling at me in Spanish.

Why won’t you honor coupons anymore. It seems all subways are doing this now. I’ve tried about 6 locations and none are taking them even on the app.

I went to this location on yesterday. I had a coupon that you get in the mail for a footlong sandwich for 6.99. I know the new sandwiches are not apart of the coupon so I order a regular sandwich. The cashier tried to ring up the coupon and after several attempts then says we don’t take this coupon. I have use this coupon at other subway without a problem. With me retiring from retail doing thirty five years I would have done something instead of having customer walk out the door. I was taught customer satisfaction was the number one priority. Truly disappointed.
