I used the app to order in advance when they opened. My sandwich was missing multiple items that were requested. To make matters worse I did not order olives and saw none in the sandwich, yet it tasted like everything was soaked in olive juice. Shortly after eating part of it, I got very sick. I now question the cleanliness and work ethic of the employees. The manager reached out in email and basically said “sorry” but honestly I wasted money and got sick. They should have done more than an empty apology. At least clean the food area better.

The awesome manager Sudarshan used to work here is gone. Now there is an often, rude, lazy woman. I use to go twice a week now it is barely twice a month just to avoid her. The guy is nice.

I eat here at least weekly and have always had a great experience. I have never had to wait in line too long, the food (turkey at least) is always fresh, and the workers are friendly. Another great local option if you are looking for a quick, good meal.

I was threatened and yelled at by an employee when I handed in my code on the back of receipt for completing a survey for a free cookie. Apparently, he could decipher the code and didn’t like that I didn’t give him a 10 out of 10 on everything. Unreasonable and unpleasant.
