If you’re looking for a bread sandwich with essence of the protein you selected, this is your place to go! The sign in the window says 6.99, yet inside it reads as 7.49. They also don’t provide you your receipt.

Horrible service. The man who operates this subway is an irritable and temperamental person. I was trying to order some sandwiches and I saw him yelling at a woman for trying to use a coupon in her order. The man shouted at her angrily and tried to humiliate her for using the coupon.
When he finally got to me, he barely served me anything. There was plenty of ingredients but when I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, and other vegetables the person would literally grab the vegetables (like the tomatoes) and count them one by one. I asked for Jalapeños, and he gave me a total of small pieces for a footlong subway. A few tomatoes, and barely a handful of lettuce that looked rotten.
Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Rude service, aggressive owner, and miserable portions.
I recommend anyone who wishes to dine with their family to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.

We love Subway and are retirees traveling through this area. We did the online ordering with the buy one get one which is a fabulous deal for us. So our foot longs were both flatbreads. Both soggy and had not been toasted. I paid for extra turkey and had 3 very super thin slices of turkey (added my own to make it edible). We asked for my husbands sauce on the side but it was on the sandwich. We absolutely hate to give bad reviews but sometimes it is warranted.

If you can avoid coming here, please do so! My order online said it was ready only for me to get to this location and have to wait. I let the guy know I ordered online and then with an attitude told me I needed to sit down and wait.
I ordered a sandwich from here and I ordered double meat plus the regular veggies (as I do with every subway I go to) and the guy who made my sandwich got an attitude with me and shamed me for ordering an overstuffed sandwich. I’ve never had anyone have issues with the way I order my sandwich except for this location. I only come to this location for convenience but next time I will drive out to somewhere else.
The only thing that was pleasant was the fact that this location was clean.

If I can go negative stars I would . They just need to shut down this subway or find NEW MANAGEMENT. I placed an online order for them to tell me I still have to wait when there’s nobody in there . The service there is really terrible, definitely would ruin your appetite which is bad when you’re at work . They act like they do not want to be there and on top of all of it the SANDWICH WAS DISGUSTING, the worst sandwich I had from subway ! If I can get my money back I would !

They are not like other subways I know that subways franchise but dare me is not wrapped up in cellophane there any container and they give you the smallest amount of meat . Nothing but bread and toppings you could barely taste the meat and the thing is that I went to the subway downtown Silver Spring and my sandwich had ample meat on it. Cherry Hill subway sandwich is sad If you live in that area I encourage you to try other subways away from there you’ll see what I’m talking about this subway gets a thumbs down do better Your meat to be freshly cut not in a plastic container they change that get with the program. He didn’t have my favorite bread with is everybody’s I believe when I’m in there everyone I ordered this bread Italian herb and cheese. He told me it was baking I smelled nothing. And everybody knows you can smell bread baking

To quote another review from three (3) weeks ago, “ If you’re looking for a sandwich that is 95% dry bread this is the place for you!”
The two staff working were no where to be seen when I came through the door, the door itself made no noise to alert them to my presence either, could’ve took any number of soda options in the time I waited and left.
The only other customer (black, I’m white) that was there in a span of 30 minutes was told he couldn’t use the bathroom without purchase and then they proceeded to block off the bathrooms and hang out of order signs while I was eating… mind you I used the bathroom myself before ordering and knew they weren’t out of order.
I would strongly recommend no one come to this establishment. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

“Sandwich artist” was rude/arrogant/impatient. Told me “decide what you want before I start rolling up the sub”. I apologized for not being as fast as he wanted me to be. He replied “I am busy and have other things to do”. I replied I was the only customer in the store. Another server kept interrupting by shouting at “sandwich artist” as I was ordering so I waited until she stopped (3 times). I told “sandwich artist” he was the server and should not behave rudely to customers. He yelled after me as I left the store. Subway Corporate, you should read the Google reviews about this franchise. They tell the real story.

One person working. That’s fine but took her sweet time. First she said they don’t take buy one get one coupon as instructed by owner. So I showed her a coupon I had buy 2 for 12.99. She said that will work. We were two people so we had two coupons. Once all the sandwiches were made and she tried to scan the coupon. System didn’t take. Ended up spending double. I get it if they don’t accept coupons. I wished they had a sign saying that. That owner is a bengali slick kutta.
