I’m gonna be nice and say 4 stars because this place is on the up and up. I get it’s a gas station subway and y’all are busy and have bad days. But about 6 months ago to a year ago we just stopped going here despite living very close by. I would drive to the one in that nice gas station down 231 when my wife was craving Subway, but I gave this one a chance a week or two ago and all the employees were amiable and friendly. The food was in good shape and it was a time of the day that wasn’t busy so that’s a good indicator, because it’s easy to stay fresh when you’re busy but yeah.
It’s a subway in a gas station and you can pick up sodas and snacks, I recommend a go because I think they’re working on keeping the place a bit more and the employees are doing a good job!

Horrible service! It’s almost like they want to hire good help but let’s be honest, good help at low pay is hard to come by. Maybe they should consider Mexicans and not self entitled teenagers who back talk there mangers. You folks know they type. There was one cute white girl there for a period of time, who was good but not anymore. I’ll never go there again especially after they took my order for a sub and then shut down the cash register with no explanation at all and no way to pay. They made me just stand there and wait for a long time until they could fix whatever it was they were fixing.

I’m new to the area so was thrilled to find this Subway located close to me in a Shell station. First few times I visited service was great and staff friendly. Last couple of times different staff was on duty with a very different attitude. I felt like I was not welcome and server hated their job. It made me regret being there. This is upsetting but I blame the new staff not the owners or Subway.

The worst customer service and nastiest employee I have ever encountered in the food service industry. If I were a few years younger the manager there would have fake teeth to match her hair and nails. I wouldn’t recommend eating there to my worst enemy, and unless you want to get charged $.60 more per gallon than advertised I wouldn’t recommend getting gas there either.

Was here on 9/4/21 the people working were polite. My mother and I ordered 2 ft long sweet Onion chicken teriyaki. 1st one for my mom came out perfect. The 2nd one which was mine, well that turned out just bad and it ended up in the trash!! The bread I got was the Italian herb and cheese. Which I always get, but this one wasnt cooked the bread is doughy and gross. I should have taken it back while i was there but they were busy and I always feel bad taking stuff back. But this should have been and I threw away $11. I am really upset that it was this bad. I have pics of it but nit sure how to post them on here.

I only had a short period of time on my lunch break, so I called and spoke to Thomas the Assistant Manager at the subway and placed my carryout order. He had a huge attitude problem from the minute he answered the phone which continued when I paid for my sub and left. I’ve always had a positive experience with this particular Subway with the exception of this particular time and this particular gentleman. If you order from Subway in Prince frederick, make sure you talk to someone else other than him.
