I am highly upset with this location , i had doordashed my food to my home , once i received my food i ate my sandwhich and within three bites i found something black (the first picture shown) i went to subway and told them they claimed it was an olive . i never ordered olives in my sandwhich but as you can see that’s not an olive. they compensated me by remaking my sandwhich . as i got home my first bite i bit into my sandwhich and a long strand of hair was in my mouth ! my hair is not long or straight at all , i have afro kinky hair . The lady making my sandwhich was extremely rude and didn’t have any hair net on and her hair was obviously long straight and black . i am disgusted . not only did i find something once but the second time my sandwhich had a long strand of hair in it . that is so disgusting !

I had a bad experience with them today which sucked since I loved this place, but today showed a lot about how the manager runs this place with no care about their customers. He hung up in my face claiming he couldn’t help my situation with the order that he offered to help with and I still never got my refund that I wanted in the first place lol.

Every time I come here it’s a problem. Every single time. My last review was about the young kids who work in the evenings. But today my issue is with one of the managers on the day shift. They do not care how they throw your food together and if you ask them to correct it they get an attitude and slam your food on the counter. They should also be careful in assuming that because I don’t look Hispanic that I do not speak Spanish. Very rude and needs a lot of training!!!

Staff is unbelievably rude. Asked about a topping and was told to “read the board”. I will never visit this place again. Much better options available, this is Waldorf baby, eating is a competitive sport.
Owners been there for years, but please select more carefully. Two females, but one was new, not her. Sad that people are so stuck they believe they have the right to let customers leave unhappy. I never got to that one anyway, this confirms it.

I rated this subway 3 stars because it’s the closest to my home, I’m here often and I usually have pretty good service. Today was different. I never come in on Sunday afternoons but I see that there are these much younger kids working that shift. The young boy who made my sandwich clearly did not want to be at work today. His attitude was unwarranted. Everything I asked him to change or correct he did it with an attitude. Never said hello. Never said may I help or have a good day or would you like something else. No actual customer service at all. Its great that young people want to work, but don’t get jobs that require you to interact with people if you do not have that skill or any training that teaches that skill. Just a bit of advice.

We went in, got in line at the counter and the girl behind the counter completely ignored us and asked the person behind us if she could help them. The person with me complained and said hello we’d like some service too and then the girl immediately did the same thing again completely ignored us and asked the people behind us if she could help them. Very tempted to never ever ever come back here again. Completely unacceptable.

Update: I had stopped ordering online from this Subway because they used to mess up the order badly.
However, now it seems like it has changed. The people who prepare the food actually seem mature. They got my last 2 online orders right, and I’m starting to trust them again.

I go to this location frequently and the staff is great! I always place the order thru the app and my order is always ready and prepared properly.
The only issue I have is adding a bottled drink to my order, this location doesn’t offer it and this is frustrating because when I order it’s for convenience.

Nobody can answer the phone! 8 phone calls over 40 minutes. States away and trying to cancel an order. Subway corporate doesn’t even have a phone number you can contact them anymore. Maybe trade those new slicers in on employees!? Terrible service and location. Avoid if you can!!!

My is an upright black man, professional and paying customer. Was forced to leave for sitting in the dinning area too long. Completely unacceptable. It was his lunch break. And there are not signs on how long one can sit. Manager was rude and unprofessional.
