The service here is very bad. The food they offer they don’t know how to make it, eating in a subway the people working here should know how to make a sandwich where they don’t know how to make a sandwich and can’t add options which you want and it if you’re customizing the sandwich, I would rather not eat anything rather than spending my 10 bucks 12 bucks here. The staff is very rude and you should not not not come here and eat anything and waste your money.

Came out from the Dulles International Airport. Wanted a quick dinner on our way to hotel. Made a mobile order for two subs. The store located in the Worldgate Centre. The parking was easy. There were many indoor seatings and three tables outside. Our subs were not on the PickUp shelves, but at the checkout. Two steak-and-cheese were warm and well prepared as expected.

People working here are lazy. Can’t even make the sandwich right. Ordered “Titan Turkey FL”. Missed half of the condiments, didn’t even toast the sandwich as requested. Called but no answer. Contacted the owner of bad experience and refused to refund! Nice way to make it right like it says on the receipt. Find another subway that would provide better service. 1 star for getting it ready on time.

SANDRA IS THE WORST PERSON TO SERVE YOU !

She’s rude, lazy and arrogant. Her customer service skills are horrible. The last thing she cares about is the customer that walks in. I work in the corporate next door, I had an online order for a 6 inch. It was paid, it was from the right branch and it was taken out of my account. However, she still refused to give me my order. I showed her my phone and she saw everything and still refused to give me my sandwich.

Instead of trying to fix my issue, she’d leave the lobby and walk to the back and completely ignore us.

Location closes at 10 but I walked in at 9:49PM and was only getting one simple sub.. nothing extra.. I walked in was basically yelled at saying “we’re closed, we’re closed” and I said I was only getting 1 thing and that the location doesn’t close until 10. I understand it was close to closing time and I didn’t like being that person.. but they still had all of their ingredients out. One of the employees rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk poorly about me in her language to another customer… not realizing I could understand some of what she was saying. Terrible experience.

I did a mobile order. Its sad when the girls behind the counter can’t talk the American language. I was able to get her to understand the “mobile” word. Then it made sense to her. We weren’t too pleased with the wrong things put on our subs. Too bad they didnt know English better.

Been here twice. Same lady made me wait several minutes while she is done cleaning up, taking the trash out, etc. instead of taking the orders. I have never seen such rude staff at any other Subway locations. Had to walk out both times because of the same staff.

I went there and ordered a footlong. They over toasted the bread, I could clearly see the bread had burned spot on multiple places. I requested if they can replace it but the server denied. I walked out without food. Pathetic customer service.
