I would like to start by saying how nice the lady at the front is her name is Norma and she is has excellent customer service and amazing patience. The reason I say she has amazing patience is because of the experience I had today in there, there was two lady’s screaming at them from across the counter demanding they help them with a issue in there mobile app first off all that is not there problem to deal with and the racist remarks they were making towards them was very unacceptable and I hope they know how ugly that was. On top of that I help the lady’s screaming at them with the issue and want to guess what the issue was?? It was that she had to put her 3 digit pin from the back of her credit card in so it would confirm could you believe that they held up the line for that and had the audacity to scream at the workers, and through all of that Norma took care of me and the customers in the building. I applaud them for their patience thank you.

One employee named Hobel gives excellent customer service w/a pleasant attitude! I just got a turkey sandwich I generally try to eat healthy for the most part. I was shockingly surprised they carry fresh coffee and it taste very good not bitter and better then starbucks drip coffee!

Never know if I should order ahead or wait in line. I’ve had them ignore me and make mobile orders while I stand there so I started ordering ahead and now I wait for the line to die down before they will touch my mobile order. If someone could just tell me the best way to order at this location because I only have so much time on my break.

While the restaurant seems incredibly clean and was empty outside of two employees, the entire time I was there, the service was subpar, and the portion size is where the smallest that I’ve ever seen at any location. The staff member who made my food also didn’t speak English very well so the other person had to translate constantly which was a bit frustrating.
The portions were also a 1/4 of what they typically are in terms of the vegetables. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and olives and could literally see the bread through the sprinkling of lettuce she put in the sandwich. She literally counted out the pickle slices and black olives individually which I’ve never seen. I think there were eight across my entire footlong. I get that employees have a job to do, but the sandwich I got back was ridiculous, even after having to ask multiple times for a reasonable amount of vegetables. And it made for a very strange experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
