I was there on July 25, 2025 @ 12:40pm and finally got my sandwich @ 1:08pm.The lady called herself a manager, when I ask her a question then no answer and ignoring me. I asked her not to put certain things on my sandawich then she put it any way. And when I asked her to wash the knife because the thing on the knife from previous customers l am allergic and then she ignored me and using the same knife without cleaning it. I asked her to make me another one and she throw the one she made and told me to take my business elsewhere. Then she walked in the back. I asked the other latino woman, she ignored me and went in the back with the manager. After 5 minutes me yelling the latino woman came and said I will make you a sandwich but she told me I should have finished it with the manager and she shouldn’t be helping me. I asked her what is your manager name and corporate phone number and her response was she is not allowed to give the information.

The food was horrible. I got sick after eating it. The latus was obviously old and changed the color. The service station is very dirty. They don’t wash their hands after helping somebody and go to the next customer. They touch their hair and face and they make your sandwich without washing their hands. Horrible experience.

The two employees they have big time attitude. Very unacceptable from Subway to treat customers like that. And corporate doesn’t do anything about it. So why must be paying to be treated like that?
That Subway, it needs to be shut down and FDA should investigate their cleanness.

The worst place ever! It was my first time ordering food online to go to this place for pick up and my food wasn’t even seal or bag right my food was toss in a brown bag not even wrap up I was so upset I couldn’t even eat it. They really need to fix it. I would give it a No star if they have that option. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

Nothing more annoying then ordering food with someone who has headphones in their ears, couldn’t hear anything kept asking me to repeat everything and she gave me a foot long instead of a 6 inch how I ordered. I just left it at that since she obviously couldn’t hear.

I live close to this location so I have been several times. The food is on par with most of the restaurants, although veggies often look wilted/old.

My issue is more with the slow and rude customer service. I have come in and waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me while employees laugh and joke around in the back.

The service is always very slow, even with only 1-2 customers in the store.

Today, I ordered online to save time. I forgot to request the bread be toasted, so I tried to call in to fix it. I called about 15 times before someone picked up. Once they answered, I explained my request, and they told me to call back later because they were too busy right now. I told them that was unacceptable customer service and that I would hold until they were free because it took so long for anyone to even answer the phone (this is at 10:45 am, not lunch rush either).

After holding for 12 minutes, someone comes on and I explain my request to please have the bread toasted on my online order. I had to explain it 4 times before she finally said okay we will do that. She was about to hang up and I said, do you need to know my order number or name so you know which order to fix? She says “oh, ummm. Well we didn’t get any online orders.” I told her I was already charged for it and have an order number. I gave her the confirmation number and confirmed the store number and address. She said it didn’t matter because they didn’t get it so just order over the phone with, which I did.

About 5 minutes after hanging up, I got a call back saying that they couldn’t make the sub because they didn’t get an order and can’t prove that I paid for it and I would have to come in with a printed receipt to show I paid and it was their store and then they would make the sub for me. I couldn’t even cancel the order and be done with it because they can’t find it.

I just feel like it is always something with this store. Hope they are able to address their poor operations/customer service soon.

To me, I had a somewhat confusing order as well as wasn’t percent prepared to present my request due to unexpected questions to customize the order. As I blundered thru, the staff was quite patient and made me feel valued as a customer and not someone there to “waste her time.”

This is an inconsistent services. Ordered the monster sub, gave the cashier the coupon, she said she would charge $2.00 more for the bacon since not covered by the coupon. Nothing in the coupon excluded bacon and the order was by the item on the menu. Didn’t want to argue, just paid and waked out. I have been eating here many times and this was the 1st that upset me. Time for another subway store.

Would not honor the BOGO deal Subway was marketing all month because my 70 year old father had trouble on the app. Instead of just giving him the deal or helping him they were mean and nasty. I know it’s probably not enjoyable to work at Subway but if you are gona be this miserable a person you should probably quit and get a new job.

The associate working today 02/24 was phenomenal. The food was also. However the 1 stars is for the leadership of this franchise. Many times I come here during lunch hours there is only one person working 5+ people waiting in line. This in unacceptable as a business owner to have a single employee working under these conditions. Shame
