I ordered a foot-long turkey sub on soft, fresh white bread with crisp spinach, ripe tomatoes, and a light swirl of mayo. Unfortunately, the turkey had a strange flavor that reminded me of tuna, leaving me disappointed and missing the taste I expected.

I like stopping in on this particular Subway sandwich shop operated by two persons, now, when it used to be Claudia by herself. When you enter, nothing much has changed and always well-maintained. You don’t wait on the line too long, depending on the time of arrival. Like usual, as i come in through the door and the girls are hustling to serve each customer, some with single orders and others with multiple orders. What I found fascinating is her level of professionalism and the accuracy in which she fulfilled each order. When I it was my turn I complimented her and asked where her helper was, she replied, it’s just me. I was very impressed because not only was she running the shop, but she kept it clean and accessible for the customers who continued to stop in order. This pleasant person was definitely not demonstrating any signs of fatigue, but I think it was admirable that she was doing so much as a one person show. She prepared my sandwich to my satisfaction and without delay. I managed to take pictures of this clean location and the immaculately kept interior. Subway has a winner here in Claudia again, and I am always going to come here again. She is still there and doing a great job.

I was treated very poorly when I asked the ladies working to redo my sub. The workers gave me a cold sub with improperly prepared meat, and I didn’t want to get sick. They refused to open the door to redo my sub, saying they were closed. The hours on the door say 9 pm, and the app says 10 pm. I left the sub at the door and contacted customer service. There are other Subways nearby that I would rather patronize. I am never returning to this hole-in-the-wall Subway.

For almost 17 years living in this area this location NEVER got my attention to come in and grab a sandwich until TODAY! Yeah! A real bad experience:
Atmosphere it is not clean and noise because they have music outside and inside the kitchen area.
Food looks NO FRESH. It is really disgusting!
Service real awful! The lady prepared my sandwich were trying to be nice but she was not!
I ordered a dozen of cookies because a tag price say $5.99 for a dozen. I was a dummy she charged me $7.16 without taxes.
I tried to ask to avoid the item but she refused to do it and for some reason I been charged for $4.03 on tips… WHAT?

Do not visit this location please guys believe me taste of sandwich was horrible!

Very disappointing experience. The vegetables and chicken smelled bad, like they were stored too long. The chicken was not edible. I also paid for extra sauces, but none were added. The taste was very poor. Not the quality I expect from Subway.

The Enterprise Street Subway is by far the worst Subway location. The staff makes no effort to ensure their delivery orders are correct. In the past month every single time we’ve ordered delivery the sandwiches are missing ingredients, instructions ignored and absolutely nothing happens when you try to report it to Subway. I’m not trying to be a difficult customer but come on. The number of times it happens at this store is ridiculous and there’s no way to select another store location to use for delivery instead of this. It automatically assigns it. So for the 5th time in September alone one sandwich with pickles and Baja chipolte on the side is too difficult for whoever made it to ensure it’s right before wrapping it up. It doesn’t matter how busy they are. I’d rather wait to ensure the sandwich is made correctly than get it fast and not be able to eat it. I get it. It gets busy. But it doesn’t mean a customer should be treated differently because of it. I paid more for delivery than a pickup customer does. The manager or owner of this store also doesn’t have or read their franchise notifications of customer feedback. When the drink & chips I paid for wasn’t in the bag delivered last week & I used the app to try to ask for a refund nothing, and I mean NOTHING came of it. “Be on the lookout for an email reply from Subway” means absolutely NOTHING. All you get is a return email a couple of days later that your case has been resolved. NOTHING gets RESOLVED. This is literally the only location in Sterling that this happens at for pickup & delivery. To the manager of this location: Why should I bother patronizing a store that does nothing to ensure their customers have a pleasant experience or at the very least refund someone for items they paid for but never received?

This is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to in my life. This place looks so dirty. They don’t have clean dishes. The knife looks horribly dirty. The ladies there are very rude and they charge you for stuff. You did not buy for example I asked for a water cup. They told me they didn’t have any and they just gave me a fountain cup. I’m like OK they’re not gonna charge me this so I grabbed it to find out I’m paying and they charge me and they had the audacity to say you got a soda cup when they gave it to me I tried calling the manager there at the store But they keep hanging up the call. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I i need corporate please put them on check.

Just ate the worst sandwich I have ever paid for. 6 slices of meat on old bread. Seriously old bread. I did not get it toasted and the bread was crunchy and crumbed everywhere. Had I not drove all the way home to eat this I would have given it back. Do Not Eat Here!!!! She grabbed the bread from the oven. Wonder how long it’s been in there? Borderline angry anyone would give this to someone.

The workers were very rude as I was trying to ask how they were doing and if they had a good day and made my sandwich poorly this was 06/09/25 around 5 o’clock they cut my sandwich before even folding it and putting the rest of the topping on after I said please put more topping I promise you I was as respectful as can be when I came home to eat BECAUSE THE TABLES WERE FILTHY and the floor the sandwich topping had almost all fallen out the bread and the paper wrap was SOAKED in sauce I would NEVER RECOMMEND this location to anyone do not got at least on mondays at 5 o’clock GO TO JERSEY MIKES OR FIREHOUSE SUBS all I wanted was a sandwich and I promise I’m always very polite and STILL TIPPED even though the service was HORRIBLE

I purchased a foot long tuna on wheat with all veggies sides. The lady literally smashed my sandwich with her forearm (gloves only cover the hand) and made it like a hot dog. It was very mushy. Will not come back here, they are never busy for a reason. I’ve been here at this location twice
