Excuse me but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Missing 5 ingredients !!!! WTH??? Guy said he’s out of everything and he has a long line – I had to go back twice bc he said he’s was working alone and the manager wouldn’t hire another person! Today I went to get my subway because it’s my favorite food, but I had a bad impression while I was in the store. I observed very unpleasant behavior, or I would say resistance, from an employee who doesn’t speak Spanish. I saw how she mistreated the other Hispanic coworker; it looked like a battle ring. Please take the initiative to care for the employees who work and provide good customer service. I usually go to this store frequently; the Hispanic lady has spectacular customer service. But, owners or managers, pay attention: this is a business based on sales, but this type of behavior gives a bad image to the business. Train your employees.

They gave me the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The sandwich artist apologized for running out of hot honey sauce and offered me a separate cup of the condiment of my choice. I wouldn’t have even noticed or cared about the missing ingredient, but they went above and beyond. They deserve a tip. I didn’t tip because that would mean less money for me. But I hope someone with deep pockets is reading this, like Donald Trump or Elon Musk, and can tip them for me.

There should be a reality show where Elon Musk goes into a random Subway® restaurant and says “Hang up your apron. You’re done working forever.” And he gives them a check for $1 Million so they can retire and never work a day in their life.

Edit: Maybe they can quit in the most obnoxious way possible. Maybe they can toss all the food on the floor and Elon and employee will dance on the food while the manager calls the police. Then when the arrive to arrest them, Elon tells the s “Hang up your badges. You’re done working forever…”

Horrible all the way! Always keeps people waiting. Today I waited a whole 10mins for her to finish her lunch. No sorry no nothing. She saw me a few time and didn’t acknowledge that she is coming. Why are employees eating during service hours and if eating why is there no other person to step in. Every time this is the case. Never a smile. Looks like she is doing this for free and not getting paid. Burnt my bread. It’s the last time I will ever go to this subway. I loathe this location and the person who services it.

Today I was in line waiting for my turn when a little boy ordered two sandwiches. The lady told the boy that it was a special of the day and that he should take his two drinks and fries. She was alone working. Suddenly the boy’s mother appeared with a threatening tone asking where: the supervisor was. The lady replied that she explained to the boy that she had a combo. The lady told him that she would give the worker a bad comment. By the way, the customer was Hispanic and treated the employee very badly when she was with a line of customers. Put more employees on busy shifts.

Complaint About Service at Subway – Chantilly Shopping Center

Dear Subway Team,

I am a frequent customer at your location in Chantilly Shopping Center, and I would like to express my concern about the poor customer service I experienced today.

An employee at this store was being rude and aggressive towards customers. Additionally, instead of assisting guests, she spent about 30 minutes cleaning the floor while customers were waiting to be served. This made for a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I understand the importance of cleanliness, but customer service should be a priority. I usually enjoy eating at Subway, but with this kind of service, it becomes an unpleasant experience. I hope you take action to improve the service at this location.

Unfortunately, today I had a awful experience at this location. I came in for a free sub because today a free sub was given away. I’ve seen this advertised all over. From 99.5 to a very popular couponer. The name of the manager who helped me today is Eddi. He was very disrespectful to me this morning. He accused me (3 times.. within 30 minutes) of telling a number of individuals about this deal today and said no one is suppose to talk about it. He also informed me this deal is for people who come on the regular basis and it is to thank those who come often. I yet have seen where you have to be a regular customer on the website to get this item. He told me because he will give me this free item I need to spend money at his store (kind of seemed like he was threatening me.) because of this experience I will no longer purchase anything at this location because I will not be disrespected. I’ve done nothing wrong and if it wasn’t a give a away then I would pay for my sub. This man belittled me and embarrassed me in front of four customers. He told me how he had to call his boss to make sure he could give it to me. On top of this he made me wait for 20 minutes to be served. He was a very angry individual. I wasn’t nasty with him at all. I asked for his name and left it at that. I would love if there could be more training on how to treat customers with respect.

The worker was very rude.I told her I wanted the beard toasted. She missed up my order and didn’t toast the beard. After I had told her I wanted it toasted she put it in the oven with all the toppings still on it. I told her not to do it that way cause it will ruin the vegetables. Then she acted as if I had done something wrong. She was very rude to begin with and I’m highly disappointed.
