I’ve been here about a couple of times. There’s always this woman, of latin descent, and with a mole near her mouth, who is always in some kind of mood. I don’t know what the hell her issue is, I’ve spoken to her in spanish to make it comfortable for her yet I always catch her making a judgemental look. If the manager doesn’t fire her, I’ll have to report to the BBB because there are dozens of reviews speaking about this same woman + poor customer service, yet management has done nothing.

I have ordered from this subway many times every single time I order my order is wrong. I have to call and get a refund on what I ordered. I’m tired of it. You people need to make sure the orders are right before they leave the store. I’m tired of spending money and not getting what I ordered

These employees can never get our orders right. We ordered online, and they keep forgetting to add or remove items that were clearly shown in our order. I really wished they could do a better job at understanding what a customer wants specifically.

I tried the online pickup option earlier this week. My fear was that the quality would not be as good; not as much care would go in to making the sandwich since I was not physically there watching it be made. Quite the opposite! The quality of the sandwich was GREAT! I was in and out in about 30 seconds and my entire lunch break took less than 30 minutes. The sandwich was delicious too! I will be using the online ordering tool much more often! Thanks Subway!

Please dont order from this subway. They provide poor customer service. I ordered a salad requested salad dressing on the side. I received a salad covered in so much dressing I couldn’t eat it. When contacted to correct the issue. They were effortless and had no regard for its customers. I should have checked the reviews. 1 stars rating or 0 below. Dont order from this subway avoid the disappointment.

Staff is rude. Both women that closed tonight always try to close early. They are supposed to be open until 10pm, but if you walk in at 930 everything is covered and put away and the women look at you like you are inconveniencing them. Then they crush the bread, skimp on the meat, and talk about you in Spanish like you don’t know what they are saying. Twice now I have started my order off by asking for two sandwiches and twice, after seeing how they start to prepare the first sandwich, I have changed my order to just one sandwich. Who is the manager of this place? Why are you hiring these people to represent your business? Look at these reviews. Everyone is saying the same thing. Ill be back, and if I don’t like how they make them a third time I simply won’t purchase them. See you soon.

Usually good experience but the latina women were looking at me crazy for not speaking Spanish. Get someone who can talk English clearly and understand it well. Don’t have a problem with Spanish but don’t want rude treatment because I don’t speak in the language they prefer.

Pretty sad service I worked at subway for two years it was great and honestly I’ve seen this type of service way too many times. It’s something most owners do not stand for and the employees should take the classes again or get new attitudes towards work. They are giving you a flat face and no options like “would you like it toasted.” Like I didn’t want it toasted but ya know they did. 🙁 then the second lady was just soooo rude she sat there when I asked her to remove her gloves because I have pickle and cucumber allergy and she just gave me the “I hate you” face. So I said sorry for asking her to do that but it was whatever and overall my experience was pretty bad. Plus they placed most of the veggies to one side and never got any on the left of my sub. Morning shift sucks go at night at least they are kind and make cookies properly.
