There was some sort of worm in my chicken teriyaki sub. I took it inside and had to argue for 10 minutes why i should get a refund, because according to the employees every chicken piece has that weird looking thing in it. then the lady takes the chicken and throws it away and says oh, we cant give you a refund. So i told them that I already took pictures and they are more than welcomed to can go ahead and try to get rid of the evidence. So after the employees called their supervisor, they went ahead and voided the transaction. Not that any of this helps me with throwing up for a third time today. Shame.

I was in Sudway not long ago, and the guy who took my order A thin boy a little tall looked at my daughter with a very obsessive and morbid face, he dared to ask my daughter for her number in front of me To which my daughter reacted in a bad way and it was uncomfortable, The owner of the restaurant should kick out that kind of staff, it’s complete disgust !!!

I ordered online before they closed and once I got there, they rudely ignored me. However, I told them about my order the guy said he couldn’t make it because I ordered too late but I ordered before they closed. They were very rude and careless. Additionally why does it say this subway is open till 10 if it’s not??? Management needs to fix this!!!
