I brought a coupon for a large sub meal for 9.99. Owner of this subway would not take it because I got a club. He told my friend that we could not get double meat which I did not. He took my friend’s coupon for a small sub with ham and turkey. He told us by taking coupon, it was taking money out of his pocket! Needless to say, I will not be going back to this one. I have been to Harrington and Milford subways and always used coupon. He also told us that scanners are to be disconnected for coupon scanning. I won’t be going to Subway in Bridgeville Delaware again!!

Made an online order and got there and lady said that she had changed the bread to a random one cause she didn’t have one available instead of calling me or asking me when I got there. Bread tasted stale and cookies were sitting out for a long time. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she couldn’t contact them. She was an Indian lady with black hair. Very rude. Tried to take my whole order after I asked for one sub to be remade.

Arrived there about 7:35 pm. Ordered my sandwich and told her I would pay extra for onions and sauce put very little on my sandwich. When I questioned her (spoke very little English) she should me a paper with ingredients on it. Again told her I would pay extra I hate a dry sandwich. My subs look ok, but didn’t tell me until I was paying their system was down and couldn’t take coupons. Looking at other reviews I wonder if this was even true. I would have ordered less if I knew that when I ordered.
Also, the Spinach was wilted and I saw some brown in the Lettuce.

They must have made my subs with the portions on a 6 in. I received the lightest most pitiful “subs” I have ever ordered. I ask for extra sauce on a cheesesteak, theres next to none, and the subroll looks fully closes theres next to nothing inside it. Waste of money very frustrating

As one of the last reviewers said here, they didn’t accept my coupon either. This time they claimed the system rejected the coupon. The coupon said it was good into August and I have frequented this store several times in the past year and the coupons have always been accepted there. My guess is that they no longer accept the coupons, and instead of just saying that, they make up an excuse.
I also have noticed the spinach wilting.
I certainly won’t go back. JUST BE HONEST IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR POLICY! By not being honest, you will lose customers.

My last visit about an hour ago, I was ordering 3 subs. After watching the confused young lady stumble and struggle to make my wife and son’s sandwiches. The line was growing, I couldn’t take trying to have my lunch made and just paid for the first two. Once at home I find out my wife’s black forest ham was not made with the right meat. The subway slider I got for my 4 year old son got fed to our dog. Son refused to eat it after he smelled it.
