This Subway location absolutely deserves five stars. It’s always spotless, the ingredients are consistently fresh, and the staff really go above and beyond. They take the time to get to know their regulars, and every visit feels welcoming because of it. As a regular myself, I’ve never walked out hungry or disappointed. The service is fast, the subs are made with care, and the entire team makes the place feel like a neighborhood spot you actually want to come back to. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

Went a few weeks ago. The food was good but the lady that took my order was kind of manipulative. When I mean manipulative, I mean it in a way that involved her trying to add more than what I wanted. I wanted just the sandwich but ended up getting more than what I wanted when I just wanted one thing. I was scared to say anything. I’m autistic and shy and have bad anxiety so I get skittish easily. Then she tried to sell me other stuff and held my food hostage while trying to get me to buy her jewelry and other stuff. It was getting late and I wanted to get home before it got real dark. I had to walk home in the dark cause she wouldn’t let me have my food until she was done talking to me about her stuff she wanted to talk to me about. I don’t think I’ll stop there again unless they improve somehow.

First off we were trying to leave to get something else to eat, we were extremely pressured into getting food by the women working and it was very empty so we decided to get something anyways to help out. We got a cheesesteak and we open it to see and there was mayo, my boyfriend is allergic to mayo so we kindly told the lady that he was allergic and if we could have a new one she insisted she asked if we wanted mayo on it and we said “yes”… we were never asked. instead of just making a new one she scrapped off the mayo… if you have an allergy that’s not how it works.

Their employees are so nice and educated. My mother in law speaks a decent amount of Spanish and he spoke to her and got her order correct even with the language barrier. I’ve tried multiple subways and the atmosphere is very welcoming! This is my only subway go to!

I ordered from their app . My order was canceled they put up a fight to refund me blaming DoorDash. DoorDash issued me my full refund to subway because subway had my pay I information. Subway only refunded me partially for the food. DoorDash also refunded the delivery fee to subway and subway on Penn street stole my money. I tried calling and they told me to stop calling . They’re thieves , horrible customer service. Customers are not valued there.
EDIT: ( I HAVE PROOF WHERE IT WAS CANCELLED NEVER DELIVERED SO PLEASE DO BETTER INSTEAD OF DOWNPLAYING MY GENUINE EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER HERE. The very lady previously complained about 6 months was very ignorant to the facts. It is all on record with DoorDash. I have all of the receipts. I’m done here and will never be a customer again. )

The people who run this Andy and the woman, who I don’t know the name, charge people to use there bathroom, but I just saw them let someone use it without charge. Andy does not wash his hands either before prepping, they upcharge you on everything, and try to manipulate you to buy more. Subway would be disappointed. I have worked at subway too, in Grove City PA, this is terrible. Somebody do something ! I paid 12$ for a 6inch,drink, and chips. 12$!!!!!! This didn’t even fill me up .

WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THE WORKER BECAUSE OF HIS HARASSMENT OF MY FAMILY. It was a South Asian man who seemed to be under some type of intoxication. Disgusting, vile, and his manager who’s replying to all the other comments complaining about the horrible customer service is just as worse. Subway ought to investigate!
