Ordered GrubHub and instructed for the sandwich to be toasted-it was NOT toasted. Instructed for mayo-NO mayo. Instructed oil and vinegar- NO oil and vinegar. Instructed spinach-NO spinach. Instructed banana peppers-NO banana peppers. Apparently people don’t know how to read and follow instructions. Most pathetic subway I’ve ever had.

I will not be visiting this store to pick up orders to deliver again. While the staff is not mean, there is an at least middle-aged Indian lady who needs to be more proactive and provide better customer service.
She keeps on telling me what to do with little things and it is annoying. One day I asked if they had a public restroom and she said, “Yes, it is in the back, just turn off the light”. I have never had an employee tell me as a customer or gig worker to turn off the bathroom light. I did, but that is her job if someone forgets.
Today, she was mopping and I asked for the order, and she pointed to the counter. She did not say, “It’s in the counter, you can grab it”. When I went to go pick up the bag, it ripped a bit and she said, “Careful”. I just smiled and left.

Clean and food is good but if you’re ordering in the app expect to wait 30-45min longer because they will service all in store customers before starting. Poor experience.

The young lady attending did not wash her hands after handling the previous customer ‘s money and proceeded to reused her gloves. I then asked her to change her gloves and she did…however, it I haven’t said anything she would have used the dirty gloves. She needs to be train and follow the regulations for handling food. Be aware!!!

Very clean and food is always fresh. Bread is always soft and the cookies are never burnt. Super friendly staff. My subway of choice in this area!

Employee was pleasant and the prices were cheaper that some Tri-state Subways, $6.75 for a Spicy Italian Foot long. They do not seem to participate in the sandwich of the day promotion. Maybe that promotion has ceased.

Thanks to the store not correctly updating their hours on Google Maps and on Subway app, I ordered and went to the store, only to find it closed. Reached out to store to get refund for the order but all I got was a generic apology from the owner, darshan patel. I haven’t back after I requested for the refund on the order.

Subway stores are usually hit and miss. The quality of the food is somewhat dependent on the franchisee. This store was clean. The food was good. The staff was professional.
