The food is always great here, but dear god, they don’t pay these kids enough!! The employee who took care of my order was here alone and had to take the orders of an entire college bus that pulled up by himself. Somehow, he was polite the whole time. I praise the resilience of the staff that stay here because they just aren’t making enough to deal with the stress of the busyness of this spot. For being the second most popular fast food place in America, 12/hr just ain’t worth their time.

Every month we receive coupons in the mail and now understand most of the coupons are not honored at this location. An employee told us each owner decides which coupons to honor. The staff is polite but disappointed that they didn’t have the Italian Herb, our only choices were multi grain and Regular Italian. Plus the multi grain was not fresh, probably one to two days old. There are definitely better options for Subs in the area.

Girls were very polite efficient and quick with making the sandwich. As soon as we entered they saw we had a coupon.They quickly let us know that only certain coupons were being accepted by that facility. Sandwich was packed with all sorts of good things. Bun was toasted perfectly. The girls also informed me that I could have two cookies in place of the bag of chips in the meal deal. Knowing we were splitting a sandwich offered to cut it in half and wrap them separately. That’s what got this place the five stars most people wouldn’t have even offered. Side note bathrooms are handicapped large and clean.

Decided to order 2 subs for me and my wife we asked for light sauce on the sub the sub was covered beyond it was so saggy the paper was coming apart on the sub these people can’t seem to follow a online order probably learn to read the instructions and follow the order probably will never be coming back here again.
