If you go to order here, expect them to PUSH using a credit card. For some reason the woman there said the money we attempted to use( fresh from a bank) came up as ‘no good, no good’ from her testing it. Her back was turned, but no ‘test’ of any kind was noticed, as she simply held it, turned back around, and made the claim. NOW I see this as one more reason this strangely lacking in customers place holds the ranking as the WORST of the worst. I was only the driver, NOT the one who ate the final product…they decided to use a credit card to shut her up as she was yakking on and on. The purchaser was a semi-regular she recognized, did some chit chat. If it were up to me, I would have driven off and left her holding the bag, so to speak, and I would NOT trust the freshness of the sub.

Don’t bother trying to call the phone number listed. It’s just decoration and nobody will answer. I tried calling them over a period of 45 minutes about an order placed by mistake through GrubHub. Nobody ever picked up, but the order was completed lightning fast so GrubHub refused a refund. I’m still trying to call them but the phone is probably unplugged or on mute. I can’t even drive to the location as it is over 2.5 hours away.

My kids love subway and we decided to grab some hoagies on the go. The customer service was great at this location. The place is clean and the food looked and tasted fresh. The server was patient with us as we ordered all our favorite mix ins for our sandwiches and his recommendations were on point. Prices are fair and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I would recommend this establishment.

Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I walked in to grab a drink and immediately the woman(a short brown haired middle Eastern woman) jumps up from a table and asks if I’m ready. I say I’d just like a drink. And she responds with, “I’m sorry but our bathroom is out of order!” Really!? How unprofessional! Not only that but it was like a sauna inside. I swear it was hotter inside than out! They also charge you for refills if you can tolerate the disgusting furnace! And then she watched me like a hawk as I filled my one and only fill-up. Just to make sure I didn’t sneak any extra, I can only assume. Awful experience! I will never return and I’d advise everyone to avoid this facility as well! You’ve been warned!!

The best subway i’ve ever tried i go here every day for lunch and the employees are always very nice and give me good portions! The meat also tastes very good and fresh unlike other subways . They also warmed my cookies which no one has ever done for me at subway!! i love this place

I recommend speaking slowly and loudly when ordering. It being written down on an order is way too difficult.
They forgot the cheese, mayo, dressing, and pepper. I got toasted bread, meat, and veggies and had to finish my sandwich at home.
I looked at my receipt and there it was, all the ingredients I ordered.

This subway is the worst one in the city. Rude staff, silly rules, and refusal to take accountability. They messed up my order by delivering to the wrong address and now will not respond to me OR Door-dash. They will answer by saying “Eat somewhere else” Really?! That’s one way to lose business. Terrible just terrible.

1 Placed order online and charged
2 Call store listed on receipt to make changes to order
3 Told by employee of store listed in my receipt they don’t have my order I called wrong store they have no online orders and have a good day
4 Fast forward 1hr 30 min I get a call from subway
Them: We made your food and we are waiting for you to pick it up
Me: I called you after placing the order and you told me you didn’t have it.
Them: yes but then we got it and we made it
Me: when did you call me to tell me you got it
Them: I don’t know but we made your food
Me: the food you told me I didn’t have an order for and never called to tell me you got it and I’m supposed to know you got the order and made it anyway
Them: when you called we didn’t have the order we got it after we talked to you
Me: but you never called to tell me you got the order
Them but we are calling you now we made it and are waiting for you to pick it up

I filed a complaint with their corporate office and asked for a refund I’m told since they made the order they told me they didn’t have and never called to tell me otherwise and had to throw it away I’m not entitled to a refund.

So they made and order they told me they didn’t have and I’m supposed to know that they got it after telling me they didn’t have it, made it, and I’m supposed to pick it up. And because they wasted food I never knew they made I’m not entitled to my $8 and change.
