Ignorant people, I had to use the restroom very badly. I figured i would grab something afterwards. Sadly, I was stopped mid stride trying to hold it and I was told no have to be a customer and told to get out. Definitely not spending a single dollar here now.

Went there for a sub at 7:30pm on Sunday and the store was closed.. They employees opened the door and said they closed at 7pm when the sign on the door and Google said open until 8pm. Another person came up and said they actually closed at 6pm. Calling subway corporate to complain and inform them of the “supposed” hour changes that are not posted anywhere.. I hope the employees or franchise owner likes this review and gets penalized from corporate.

I tried coming here at 7 for water and the girl locked the door and said their closed but google says their open till 8, I then went to sit at the tables near by after getting water from the aisen restaurant and watch my phone waiting for the bus, the girl then came out and stared
Me down making me uncomfortable, I then showed up a few weeks later and asked to use the restroom and was gonna buy a sub but she came out annoyed and said that only customers can use the bathroom, I went to go think about what I was gonna buy and she kept staring me down and telling me that I cant use the restroom and it made me feel uncomfortable so I left, I love subway and loved getting a sub whenever I was passing thru but the staff here are very rude, I will have to go buy from other places

Arrived at this subway at 5:25pm on a Sunday when they close at 6. Got to the register and the girl working says “this is to go right?”…we say oh no we are going to eat here. She tells us we can’t because she has to clean up. We say we will be quick, she says no you can’t I close at 6. We are like we will def be done by 6, but she tells us she has to lock the door and start mopping now. Then more people come in and she doesn’t tell them they also can’t stay until I let them know when they go to grab a table. She was obviously just trying to close early and was very rude about it.

By far the worst experience I have had at a Subway. I walk to the counter and the woman at the counter was beyond rude. I have been to this subway before and I recall she was not the friendliest person, but I thought she may have been having a bad day like we all do once in awhile. However, I order Italian herb and cheese bread and she proceeds to tell me they only have regular bread at the moment. So I say that is fine, then when I choose the toppings I notice there are flies EVERYWHERE. So needless to say I now lost my appetite. I checkout and it came to $4.44 so I give her my $10 and she gives me back $5.50. She shorted me 6 cents. Granted this is such a small amount of money but imagine if they are doing this to everyone, how much extra they are making! Just a heads up to everyone who is planning to visit this subway.

I NEVER write reviews online for anything but what occured today was too ridiculous for words. Ordered a sandwich online and my husband picked it up. When he got home and I checked it, it wasn’t correct, I even rechecked my order confirmation to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. My husband went back to have it corrected, a different employee was at the counter, he explained to her the situation. First she argued with him that we ordered the wrong thing, he showed her the order confirmation on his phone, then she argued with him about him being in the wrong location (she must’ve had his head spinning because he actually went to the other location a few minutes away), when he goes back to her she continues arguing with him she didn’t have the order in the system etc., so then HOW did he get the first incorrectly made order to begin with?!!! Argued with him some more before she begrudgingly made the correct order, acting like he was just supposed to go away having paid for the incorrectly made AND without a REFUND, I’ve never seen my husband so annoyed and flustered over anything, it takes a special kind of “person” to do this. I’ve worked retail, I don’t believe the customer is always right, but when a customer is in front of you with proof in their literal hand that you guys screwed and you stand there and argue, like seriously, come on. Apparently, the other location knows about this nutcase behind the counter. If they value their customers, she shouldn’t be put to deal with them. JFC, never returning to this location

Wish there was a 2.5 option. As far as subway goes, this place is par for the course service wise. Micro thin mozzarella, a singular layer of millimeter meat, and an entire head of lettuce. I’ve never experienced this myself, but I’ve been told they don’t accept coupons at this store, so use them at your own risk.
