I went with low hopes because my husband likes subway and I don’t trust him but the girl with pink hair gave me exceptional service! She was so polite and pretty ! She made my sandwich perfectly and recommended the delicious chipotle southwest sauce, overall it was a great experience, I will be going again !

So I have a few comments to make on this.
Good place to eat occasionally, and today wasn’t one of those days. This is the second time we’ve received pretty nasty sandwiches. I picked up subway for my mom, her Sandwhich was soaked in dressing, slipped together, and the steak was cold.
My boyfriends was totally squished (see photo attachment) and mine was okay, not heated(toasted) but it was fine. Aside from the fact when I went in, the red head girl added ranch to my sandwhich. I told her “no just honey mustard” and she rolled her eyes and remade it. I don’t blame the kids working here, I think the issue is the manager (Ray I think his name is) hired young kids for $7.25 and throws them on the floor with extremely limited training….. also, last time I ate in they had a dead cockroach in the restroom so that was pretty yucky…. Hope they do better.

The owner and the employees are very nice. They on occasion have an employee that isn’t very attentive as of recently and I had to wait about 10 min to be seen when I was the only one there and another 15 min to get food made around 930am because he forgot to turn the toaster on. All in all a great place.

Sometimes you can tell the staff either hates their job or doesn’t want to be there. And they sometimes they are more invested in their conversations and mess up orders. Not always though.

Evening workers were rude, impersonal, slow, quiet, and incompetent. Sandwiches were wrong. Worst of all their hair was ALL in their faces to the point of not being able to make eye contact. No establishment serving food should allow staff to have hair down or long hair improperly pulled back.

I really love this place and their food. The atmosphere is nice and I never really have problems with my orders. I think Danielle also deserves a shoutout. She is amazing at taking care of orders and also has a good sense of humor.

Clean facility. Good service. Subs were good too. I’ve seen some of these fast food places where the service people are a little grungy but these three girls were well groomed and clean. I’m rating it five stars for a fast food joint not comparing it to fine dining of course.
