Clean facility. Good service. Subs were good too. I’ve seen some of these fast food places where the service people are a little grungy but these three girls were well groomed and clean. I’m rating it five stars for a fast food joint not comparing it to fine dining of course.

Can the people at the Berwick Subway read? Ordered 3 subs online for pickup. 2 of the subs came with “no “cheese and the one sub was a steak and “cheese “melt. Neither was the bun toasted like they are supposed to be. The other sub was an Italian BMT. Once again, no cheese,and was missing other ingredients ask for. Left special instructions to put vinaigrette in separate container. Didn’t get “any “vinaigrette at all. Only 1 of the subs was right and that only had 4 ingredients. I don’t think we’ve ever had an online order correct, but this is ridiculous. It seems the only way to get it right is to go there and tell them directly what you want on it.
