1st of all they forgot my 2 beverages. I called the store they could care less. Had no ability to correct situation. 2nd look at what a $9.49 grilled chicken salad looks like. 2 pieces of chicken!!!

I ordered two sandwiches from the Subway in Clarks Summit, PA — one of them was a cheesesteak, the other was a BLT, both were absolutely disgusting. The meat was ice cold and tasted/ looked raw, which made me question whether it was even safe to eat.
I called the store immediately, and instead of taking accountability or offering a refund, the employee who made the food told me he “wasn’t allowed to refund it,” but he could remake the sandwiches. Then — get this — he gave me a fake number for the owner. Seriously?
I will never go back, and am out about 30.dollars.. what a joke!!

Smallest sandwich ever. I get the same thing everytime and I would never come back here. You pay $10 plus and they get smaller and smaller. They actually took off pieces of onions and veggies Everytime i asked i had to ask for more them three pieces. What a joke. This is the only location i have a hard time with. They refused to make it properly when i asked and refused me a refund. I live up the road and wont be back ill travel to another location as this is a continuous problem everytime i come to this location the past six months. whether they close 4+hours early or theres odd odors when you walk in the product is poorly executed and unless i get a refund i will not give them any more of my money. If you want to be disappointed then come here.

I haven’t been to a subway in years but I’m sure I remember it being FRESH. Not so much here. The girl that made my sandwich had an attitude every time I asked her to add something she scoffed. The sandwiches were small and the veggies looked like they were out for days. I’m definitely going to a different subway.

I usually love subways. Fresh food, fresh baked bread, healthy options available. However lately the price tag on the menu has gone out of control. Subway has been giving jazzy names to its old sub options, adding extra cheese and doubling the price. So I have been limiting my visit to subway in general.
However, I particularly avoid this place because I did not have good experience with service and behavior. My son still loves subway. So when I have to get subway for him, I go to the dickson city subway vs this one. However, you might have a different experience in case you wish to try your luck.

Staff was friendly but man was the food awful. The vegetables did not look appealing at all. Only got spinach and sweet peppers bc they looked somewhat fresh. The sandwich was awful did not taste fresh and the aftertaste was pretty awful too. I asked the girl if the cookies were fresh from that morning. I got an of course and I wish I didn’t buy them. They were hard as a rock and tasted like they sat in there for a few days. First and last time I step foot in there.

The young boy who made my sandwish asked me how do I want to make my veggie footlong and wrapped both halves separately. Tomatoes and cucumbers were overlapping throughout the sub. It was a full meal. The bread was supersoft, very fresh like just made it. One of the best sub made I enhoyed here!

The staff here are so nice! I paid with the wrong card and they were unable to refund me, so they offered to take the loss and refund me in cash! I didn’t accept but it was still really nice of them.
Also, they put the meat and cheese on with very even spacing, and they were very generous with the vegetables. Both staff with whom I interacted were super nice!

I came in tonight 20 minutes before the store closed. The young man and woman working both greeted me and were both very kind to me, asking how my day was and to enjoy my food. The food was also delicious and very fresh. Thank you for the awesome customer service!
