Ignorant employees cant fallow simple orders , cant make simple orders employees get mad an attack you for ordering an them having to do what your paid for asked for extra toppings an less dressings never even got lettuce or anything extra but dressing an cheese not sure how hard it is to read the order. Or hire people who actually wanna work an have better attitudes. An then when you complain because your food isnt the way you paid for it , you get more attitude.

Very rude manager when there’s a problem slow service workers don’t understand orders when I tell them what I want on my hoagie manager is very disrespectful and gives me a problem when I tell him about it he always thinks he’s always right doesn’t want to hear anything. I strongly suggest not to come to this location!!

I picked up lunch for 20 and was very impressed with the quality, variety, and visual appeal of the sandwiches. No surprise with the taste! For the amount of food, the price was a bargain. They know what they’re doing when it comes to catering lunch. I would definitely do it again and encourage others to do it as well. The shop owner, Paul Bell, went beyond to ensure top notch service. He made me look good!

I ordered 40$ worth of food. The employees were pleasant enough and made the sandwiches quicky. To my ultimate dismay, we got home and as a SPECIAL SURPRISE THERE WAS A LONG DARK HAIR CONTAINED IN MY SANDWICH…..HALFWAY DOWN MY THROAT I ATTEMPTED TO PULL IT OUT AND HALF WAS STILL WRAPPED AROUND MY TOOTH…CAUSING VOMITING ALL OVER THE FLOOR AFTER AGAIN, I PAID 40$ FOR THIS BULLSHIT…..none of the workers wearing hairnets and both the man with long hair and a scraggly beard and the teenage girl with the long beautifully styled hair. Attempted to contact the manager with the repeated excuse of “He’s not here right now”. EAT AT HOME PEOPLE….

When me and the boy have an outing we usually like to stop here for a hoagie. The staff is always friendly and helpful and service is quick. The inside is always clean and we like just sitting on the comfortable booth cushions and eat our food. The ingredients are fresh and I always leave with some chocolate chip cookies. Great staff and ownership.

Came in to get wraps was told no wraps , all out ! Very disappointed! Then I called spoke w mgr who said they stopped doing wraps and did I see website showing flatbreads are being used plus I got the churro which had no cinnamon , it was awful . Employees are not doing good at their job . I did check out their website and nothing showing flatbread being used instead of wraps for roll ups . What’s wrong w this place plus sandwiches are sloppy soggy wet. Straighten out or you will loose business .

You guys close at 830pm. That’s absolute garbage. So much money you could have made off me if you stayed open til at least 10pm like the old days. Literally the biggest downfall with subway in Carbondale. Noone is going to rob subway or somethin stupid, we all want those sandwiches. Stay open til 10pm, make way more money.

Honestly, I would usually give this establishment a 4.5-5 / 5. Its usually great quality food, very personable staff, and it’s not that expensive. However, I have had the worst experience of my entire subway eating life tonight. The employee (I shall keep her nameless) tried to tell me they were closed to avoid me disturbing her and who I believe to be her boyfriend. Upon entering the establishment, she washed all of the soap off of her hands before lathering any of it onto the other 94% of her hands (thank God she put on gloves). Then, she tried numerous times to talk me out of my sandwich due to it “being difficult to make” (So much for “having it your way”…). After insisting I get the sandwich I came there to order, she undertoasted *both*my sandwich and my girlfriends sandwich by putting both sandwiches in the toaster together for less than 45 seconds. Honestly, She wouldnt last a singular day if I were in charge of this establishment. It was truly a disgrace to sandwiches and work ethic everywhere.
