This Subway could use a helping hand. First, only one person was working there, which made the line take long and I can imagine it was stressful for her. She was friendly though. They were also out of chicken and ham (if I remember correctly) and lids for small cups. The soda fountain was also broken – whenever it dispensed Vitamin Water, it would get stuck and continue dispensing by itself even when you no longer pressed the cup on the button. My sub was good, but the woman working put a bit too much barbecue sauce.

We were there o the 10th at lunch time. The lady working was by herself but did a great job. We really appreciate the extra effort she made for us due to my wife’s limited mobility. Regret not knowing her name but a great person and a valuable employee!

walked in to pickup an order. ordered a tuna sub and something else and they told me they didn’t have tuna. i asked for a meatball sub, said they had no meatballs. i asked for a chicken salad, said they had no mayo. at this point i just wanted to get a refund but was told to just order something else. i ordered the honey mustard BBQ chicken sub. the worker only put chicken and cheese on it and barely toasted it before putting the ingredients i asked for on. it did not have honey mustard or BBQ on it bc I assumed it would be there already. very bad experience go somewhere else

Just came from this subway and will NEVER go back!! The staff was rude ( this is the second time I was there in the last few months results were the same) I laughed when I saw a sign that said be kind to our staff they are working hard. I asked for 4 foot long hoagies and got an eyeroll and dirty look. I then asked for 2 tuna hoagies and they didn’t have tuna!! Last time they didn’t have American cheese- what hoagies place is out of American cheese? The veggie station was dirty and practically empty, I wanted onion and lettuce last time, guess what they were out. I can see if I was the last customer but they were open for at least 3 more hours

To start off I’ve been to this subway before and i’ve never had an issue with the staff but unfortunately this particular day it was different. As I walked in I saw what I think was the mall security guard sitting in one of the tables and an orange haired girl with her hair slicked back in what I believe was a bun, she had a subway jersey on and was walking to the register to take my order, I was not greeted which is fine. For reference I did have my airpod’s in because I was on the call with someone but I should’ve took my airpod’s off before entering or ordering. I stood looking at the menu for a bit to make sure I new exactly what I wanted, when I told the girl my order she had asked me what kind of bread i wanted I asked her what type they had she looked annoyed but told me what kind of bread they had, I was not able to hear her well, I asked her to repeat herself she looked annoyed and continued to repeat herself, Again I could not understand what she had said so I ask once again if she’d be able to repeat herself, she looks back at the security guard I’m not sure if she whispered something to him or made a face of some sort but I stare at the security guard and he had stared at me with a smirk at this point i’m getting nervous and embarrassed I already struggle with being in public and get very anxious going out or speaking to others so her making faces, having attitude, and being rude wasn’t helping me I just wanted my sandwich before i entered work I was hungry and anxious but I try to brush it off. I take my airpods off to listen to her better I tell her the bread I want I stand there waiting just in case she asks anything else she rudely says If I’d like the bell peppers and onions as well i tell her yes i stand there for a bit and again she rudely says “i’ll give you your sandwich down there” I don’t understand what was her need to be so rude i did nothing wrong I have also struggled with hearing since i was a child and I felt really embarrassed the way she spoke to me especially since I was so nice to her subway needs to hire better staff. If her need to be rude is due to how little she’s getting paid she can always quit and find a job elsewhere. be nicer to people.

Subway was having a 5.00 special on 12 inch American subs. I’ve ordered 3 . Went back in today to order more. The girl said she didn’t know how to make that sub. Wasn’t sure if I had heard wrong and she she said again she didn’t know how to make the sub. Unreal.

This place is great, you can go there…pick your own bread, several to choose from. Then, you get to watch a real life sandwich artist go down the line and let you pick what kind of meats ( or not if you’re a vegetarian), cheeses, vegetables, and more you want on your sub. As they prepare you can see each step. They also give you the option to toast it (although during my last visit the machine was broke so I could ot get it toasted, bummer). At the end of the line, you can get all sorts of dressings or other condiments, have your foot long sliced in half for two very easy to handle sandwiches. Oh, I forgot to mention, they have various fountain soda, bottle drinks and chips to choose from as well. Prices have gone up over the years but still relatively a good deal. I’d recommend if you want a decent sandwich with a good variety of bread to choose from. Lastly, if you are weight or health conscious, they have how many calories each sandwich is right there on the menu, and I don’t think that weird Jared guy is their spokesperson any more.
