The staff is not welcoming at all. They need to – at least- give a slight smile to the customer. The bread is not good. The server had to throw one of the bread loaves because it was not fresh. The chicken tasted really bad. The food was not that fresh. Above all, if you want to dine in, don’t expect to have your food on a tray!!! You’re gonna take your food on your hand and just sit on a table. I asked if there are any trays and she told me no!!. Since the restaurant is located in a plaza, therefore you don’t have to worry about parking.

I am here right now and staff is not welcoming at all they have a lot of attitude after request several times they were mad on me and use abusive language and when I asked the girl name she said get out of this place. I comes here a lot but during afternoon time and I always welcome at that time but today I am here at this time and the girl Was using bad language after I asked about manager she started to use bad words. My autistic 11 year old with me and they used bad language for him too. I want to talk to the manager about this if you can contact me please do .thank you to serve trexlertown area .

I should’ve done this review years ago. How many times do you need to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I get that you may not want to make a full batch as there will be some food waste, but just avoiding the waste entirely means you avoid making money. I guess it’s better than the time that they gave me a footlong meatball with only six meatballs but a ton of sauce.
Also, I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the doors were locked. The two employees inside looked at me, then walked around the back corner and out of sight. Seriously? It was during your hours of operation and the OPEN sign was on. The ladies next door at Holiday said they’ve experienced this as well.
I get that hiring good workers is tough. I understand that management can’t be on site at all times. I just know there are better ways to run your operations.

This location on this day had tables not wiped clean. The bread was not fresh. The tops of the breads crumbled. I hardly had lettuce and he was cheap with the topping. And he did NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. I had to point at the toppings I wanted. I’ll never go there again.

Not welcoming at all. Came here because my lunch break was cut short. Next time I’m driving the extra 10min. to Whitehall for my meal. Which by the way…is cheaper and still delish unlike here. Also they start talking bad about you while walking out the door.

The staff were very friendly. They were kind enough to offer me some freshly baked cookies from the oven when they ran low on certain varieties.

Completely ripped off by this subway. $50 + tip for three footlongs. I get home and the bread on all three is rock hard stale, the lettuce is brown and meat is so thin. Shame on Subway, never again.

I am here right now, and have been here before, as far as I know the employees are great but there management team sucks, I here today 5/28/2022 at 7:26 pm and they have one person working today. I know everyone is short staffed. But I have seen McDonald’s and Burger King hell even Taco Bell managers rushing around. Whoever is working today will be blessed by me. I can’t believe this crap…

They did not fill the meat scoop of the rotisserie , there was not even enough to fill the bread. We asked for our sandwiches toasted, we were given cold food. The lettuce bucket, filled pretty full, was brown and wilted as far as the eye can see. One sandwich had no mayo and the other was given more mayo than it had meat. I should also add they did not have anyone in from of us, and only had people come in after they were almost done ruining the 2nd sandwich. No excuse.
