Don’t order online from here. What a nightmare!!! Normally I never have any problem when I go in. But, this time I ordered online so I could pick it up and they were so off with the order and the cheese was wrong, they put a bunch of Olives in it which I didn’t order. You can see from the pics. What I ordered and what I got are not the same. I can tell you this was no work of art from an “artist”

today July 30th 2024 5:30 pm, I walked in with my wife and ordered 2 sandwiches, after a ordered my tuna sandwich I went to retrieve a soda for me while my wife started ordering hers, I returned to the counter and heard my wife ordering the sandwich type listed by number and already selected items in it so I heard the clerk asking my wife what type of cheese in a loud and angry tone and my wife politely telling the woman clerk that she only wants the cheese that is listed , the clerk made a nasty face so I had to request to just give my wife the sandwich as listed by the number. The clerk then she said loudly ” some people want a different cheese “, as per her tone of voice, rudeness and angry facial expression I asked the clerk if she was okay since she was very rude and unprofessional, she loudly said she was okay she got louder and louder since I told her that she have been rude to us from the start, the clerk said she didn’t care as I told her that I will be talking to her manager about the behavior and disrespect toward us, the clerk then voided the sale and took both sandwiches away from the counter and put them away and refused our business.
me and my wife went to the other sales clerk by the front door who was looking and asked him about the manager to get in touch with, as we are asking we saw the deli clerk yelling and telling me that I should talk to my wife like that too.
I informed the deli clerk that there are several cameras recording and she again yelled ” I don’t care!”.
we have never been disrespected by anyone in this manner. we don’t understand how can someone with so much negativity, unprofessional, rude work in a environment that have to deal with customers of different race, age .
this type of customer service must be reported and followed through by management.
I will also contact the manager since he wasn’t there today. as a local customer I will continue to do business as long as that clerk is not working there. I will inform my local friends to be careful with this individual.

Always a good choice when looking for something that’s fresh and not greasy of deep fried. Sadly, the quality of the cold cuts has diminished over the years and the sandwiches are just not as tasty as they used to be. That said, I still recommend a visit.

This Subway used to have real sandwich artists working there. I understand that no place can be perfect all the time but my last three visits have all been disappointments.
Visit One: Order the Big Philly Cheesesteak and the ‘artist’ serves it cold. Who else serves cold cheesesteaks?
Visit Two: One month later… A complete repeat of visit one prepared by the same ‘artist’ who always seems like she’s too busy working in the back room.
Visit Three: New artist, same disappointing service. I ask for a foot long turkey breast sandwich and he decided that I wanted the carved turkey with a third of the lettuce you should have on a sandwich.
Do yourself a favor and drive past this Subway to a proper one.

Staff was very sweet and polite. The young lady who took care of me was very meticulous to how I wanted my sandwich. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I believe her name was Evelyn.

This subway almost always has the freshest tasting bread of the ones in the area. Sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help but the freshness is worth it. One tip…If you want to save money on your drink get it from the gas station instead of the subway counter because it’s cheaper for a larger cup and you get it from the same fountain!
