I will not be returning. My reciept said I spent $42 but they charged my card $50, I purchased cookies drinks and chips and didn’t receive them, when I went back to get what I wasn’t given, one of the employees said there wouldn’t be anything they could do about a refund until the following day when they had a manager, so I proceeded to ask of I could just get the other stuff that belonged with the order, and obviously didn’t know math because they said it was only a $2 difference when clearly it was $8 and the price of the amount of food I was owed.

Ridiculous food amounts. Charged an extra dollar for cheese when I asked for more cheese. I couldn’t even see the shredded cheese on the sub and she never mentioned anything about charging more. Terrible service and shady business. Nice building, terribly ran and high priced! Never coming here again.

Asked for our sandwiches heated, before us she actually had heated 3 sandwiches together. I can only imagine how cold they were due to ours feeling like they weren’t even heated. Actually, our cheese is still triangles. My chicken is also a little cold for the mouth.

Food was good, too bad the staff aren’t smart enough to wear masks in a proper manner. I quit giving them business after several visits where sandwich makers have masks pulled down and act insulted if you insist they pull them over their noses.

My flat bread was thrown in the basket….so it was all over, I don’t drink soda and the fountain machine was out of flavored water,raspberry tea, and also sweet tea….. i told the employee but they didnt seem to concerned…i waited 15 min for them to check the machine to no avail so i ate my dinner without a drink. Not a good experience

Not the first time ice come here and been disappointed. I won’t be back. This location is like the opposite game… You say don’t chop my salad and they do. You say don’t mix the hot meat and cheese into the cold salad… And they do, so now everything is cold. You order a wrap,and it’s all wrap. They charge 6.99 for a wrap made no bigger than a McD’s snack wrap.. Not worth it…
