Went in around 6:30 tonight to grab a quick dinner. The employee was working on a mobile order- not a problem at all, he was nice and we said we didn’t mind waiting. About 5 min go by and a woman comes out to help, with a CHILD in a stroller within view in the kitchen. To clarify the child was IN the kitchen but a few feet away from the food. We heard her make a comment about a “soiled diaper” at one point while we were being checked out. I understand not being able to find child care but children do not belong in restaurant kitchens. Before we left there was a man who came to pick the child up, who she let in the back to grab him. As someone who works in food service and is servsafe certified, this is unsanitary and a clear violation of a health code. The restaurant itself didn’t seem very clean and the employees didn’t change gloves or wash their hands first (based on what I saw as a customer). This has been reported to the health department and I won’t be coming to this location again.

Not very clean, LOTS of cross contamination with the veggies. Some of the cucumbers had some sort of sauce splashed on them. Very messy and looked like nothing had been wiped down in a while. They were out of onions and Italian bread at 12:00. The staff was not very friendly either.

As soon as I entered the building, at around 6:20pm, I am welcomed with disinterest on the faces of the employees and what sounded like the end of an “oh god” remark, where I replied with “oh, sorry, are you guys closed? I can go somewhere else, no problem”. The woman at the counter said, “Yes, we’re open until 9, but if (enter derogatory name) hadn’t left us the way she did things would have been better.” She continued working my request, while displaying the worst professionalism I have seen in my 40 years; continuing her rant about her previous co-workers treatment of her while not picking up any hint on how it was affecting the room. The male co-worker had a look of shock, while she continued to have a very poor attitude, was half-heartedly tossing my ingredients together and cross-contaminating the just-toasted ingredients with the vegetables, and with careless recognition, pushing off my statement of “Do you usually talk about co-workers and have this attitude in front of your customers? Do you even notice how uncomfortable of a work environment it is making for your co-worker?”, as if it was something she wasnt interested in noticing.
I got the foot-long chicken bacon ranch, double meat, chips, and a large drink…$23, AFTER military veterans discount. Not worth it, folks.

It’s been over a month and their drink machine is still malfunctioning. No ice, flat and syrupy soda, and it’s quite dirty. Judging by the backsplash for the machine, they use a wet rag and just wipe once or so and call it a day – there is (who knows how old) soda streaked across it.

The servers aren’t super rude or anything, but the atmosphere they create is “I don’t want to be here, I don’t want to talk to you,” which isn’t great (though I get it, it’s still a part of the job to not make customers feel like they’re disrupting their day).

This is the second time I went there and the bread was stale, veggies look like they’ve been frozen and sat out a few times (probably not, but they look rough dude), and then everything with the soda machine.
I’d definitely recommend not drinking from the soda machine btw, I’m pretty sure that’s how listeria happens.

Servers always have an attitude, and looks like they’d rather die than take my order. Rude to other customers and don’t explain anything too well when a customer asks them a question. Lettuce is always soggy looking, along with the cucumbers and green peppers

I went to this location tonight and the service was great and the food was good I showed up close to closing time but there was an employee who was more than happy to help me although I don’t know her name she did a great job. I’ll definitely visit this location again.

The guy who served us seems to be angry with his job, a little rude, I can see the reason why the place is empty, it’s very dirty and the food tastes old, the bread is hard and they have the door to the cold table open all the time so you can’t see the ingredients, I guess because they don’t look at each other in a good status, I bought here because I didn’t have another subway nearby

Totally irresponsible for a business to not answer a phone in over hour when they charged a credit card for an order that never went through therefore not delivered. Horrible website as well. Beware, the website will take your credit card info, charge your card and then the screen flips back to your order with NO confirmation.

I try to be positive, but I’ve got to be honest with this one. When you walk into a Subway you think you know what you’re going to get, but my experience here was not like other subways. It wasn’t the worst in the world, but definitely not on the subway All-Star list. Probably could have been a touch cleaner and the people could have been a little more enthusiastic about being there and not seem like it was a punishment to serve me dinner.

I used to enjoy coming here from time to time. But the girls they have working here are MISERABLE. The one is a younger girl with darker red tinged hair, and there’s a few others. The moment you walk in they get an attitude. As if helping them keep their jobs by spending money there is so bad. While ordering our food, their register is dinging loudly for online orders. Every time it does the girls huff and puff angrily about getting one. Times have changed for sure. I love being busy at work. For starters, I’m paid to be busy. What else am I going to do anyway? Also, it makes the days go by quicker when you are busy. As far as quality, for some reason, when you do online orders they don’t actually cook/ warm them up for you. Even if you utilize the toast button on the app, they still don’t do it. But the quality comes back to the terrible young girls working there. If they hate it so much, time to get a new job.
