Only one working bathroom, one of the employees was in it for 15 minutes and I almost pissed myself. They also don’t close your subs which I hate. Might just be me though

The poor lady they had working tonight was beyond sick. Snotting all over the place wiping her nose between sandwiches. Wasted 30$ because we threw the sandwiches away as soon as we left. Very disappointed in the absent manager and greedy owner.

My husband, myself and our little one went to this subway at around 1:40pm on July 13th the women who helped us had the worst attitude and made me feel stupid for not knowing the menu. We had to park our truck and boat but did our best so it didn’t inconvenience anyone. No customers were there and when we left no one was their. She was very rude about it. She had dark hair and I think she had a per-icing on her face. We had to explain to our little one that she’s just a bad person because her attitude confused him. So sad. Will never stop here again for sure. Conveniently she didn’t put the receipt in the bag with her name.

Ordered over the phone. Awful. Got nothing that was asked for. I would suggest if you want anything from the Montgomery subway you order in the store so there is adult supervision.

Just had a horrid experience with Shannon at the Montgomery store. She didn’t have knowledge of her own menu then admonished me for not reading the menu correctly. I feel I was overcharged but when I got home had no receipt to fall back on. Don’t know who owns this franchise but you don’t want Shannon as the face of your business. She was rude and demeaning to this senior citizen.
