First time ordering from this location, and very disappointed. We have order 4 sandwiched, all toasted – yet none were toasted. 2 of the sandwiches were missing pickles, one was missing banana papers and green peppers. Though maybe the app was gltiching, but we looked at the receipts, and everything was listed correctly as ordered.
Safe to say we won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

Subway used to be top-tier. Go to north to the next subway to see why this got a low rating. Way better service, bread is made better, order is process correct. Re-train service is needed. The store was clean.

Orderd a foot long got 6″ not sure how that was possible. Tried to call phone wouldn’t ring. Went back and wanted to just make the other 6″ umm no it’s cold now. Instead of an apology I got eyes rolled at me. Poor service

5:30pm in a Friday, only 2 young kids working, incredibly slowly… I got there 20 mins after online order, they did 5 walk-ins right on front of me, and my order wasn’t even started. Got attitude, but kids will be kids, and both were very new. Where is the management??? Train your staff before leaving them to hang!

Charged 4x times and only two charges were fixed after cancelling the order. Called after being told if the charges didn’t disappear to and the manager Katrina who also works at Granite Run one apparently was so rude and acted like we were being demanding for just trying to figure out who could actually help us! Poor 17 year old last night did his best and deserves to be praised but still. We just want our money back. The subs were for kids too. It’s not hard to help people out. Katrina needs to take some lessons from that 17 year old!

I’m not going to say that the guy who’s older who works here most all of the time is rude, it’s just that whenever there’s a chance to insert a pleasantry, to insert some kind of congeniality within the transaction, he’s just not up for it, doesn’t feel like doing it, and isn’t interested in it.
It’s not as if I need the person making my sub to be a cast off from Up With People, but I do expect some level of, ” Hey I’m happy to have a job I’m glad I’m not unemployed it’s nice to serve you.”
And the really odd thing is is that no matter who he’s in the store working with, the person he’s in the store working with always ends up making the subs and he ends up doing some sort of menial tasks while they’re making the subs; like restocking gloves or wiping the outside of the oven. I’m sure the guy who is stuck working with him is always upset in that he always find something else to do that’s more important than servicing the customer.
Not a bad sub, just a weird “unhappy you’re here at our store” type vibe

I’ve eaten hear before and had good service. This most recent time 720 on a Friday evening was just terrible. The employee was in a rush even though their was 5 customs in store. Gave me ice cold chicken on a sweet chicken teriyaki sub. I could not eat the sub and throw out 3/4 of it. No refund or new sub. I will not be back to this subway

Got a black sandwich roll for a mobile order due to them toasting it too long. Could not even eat it, threw out 1/2 of it. I wrote an email to which the general manager replied with a generalized emailing saying she’s sorry & hopes I’ll be back…. will not be back when I just wasted money & no compensation was even offered.

I was having an issue swiping my son’s gift card because it was bent. The employee ( sorry I forgot his name) was able to help me use the gift card. I really appreciated him making a phone call and figuring out how to apply the balance with a card that was unable to be scanned.

The girl took a phone order in the middle of preparing our sandwiches, and then proceeded to touch our bread. I had to ask her to change her gloves, only for the other worker to take over making our sandwiches(after waiting 10 minutes for her to get off the phone). The other worker put together the meatball sandwich very sloppy, and burnt the roll while roasting it. I ordered a turkey bacon guacamole wrap and had to ask him to put the guacamole on it, then the girl tried to charge me extra for the guacamole. The man didn’t even spread the guacamole, he left the whole scoop just sitting there. They advertise twice the meat of a 6” sub, however the wrap was skinny, and loosely wrapped.
Worst experience ever! I will NOT be returning!
